Is there any way for me to redistribute those partial morphs, so other people can use them right now? I can send them to you so you can add them to Genesis pack (G2F and V4, being stiffly female don't need partials).

Well if ur cool with that, you can send them to me. I am considering later doing an update on this (when I can get to it) and adding in no tattoo face options (as Ive had a couple requests for it) So I could add those in at the same time. I just have to get some time to do them.... so it probably won't be for a bit.

My email is in my siggy (forum wont let me add it lol)

    Okie, will do :)

Do you use ZBrush by any chance? I can write a small tutorial too how I separate partials, it is really quite simple.

And yes, no tattoo option would be wonderful.

Yep, I sure do. Wish I'd known it would work, actually, as I would have separated them from the get go lol Like I said, I started hunting down a way to do it... but then backed off thinking it would cause a ridge. At least, thats what it would do with Gen 4... I forgot, Im dealing with a whole different tech now lol

Ok, email with morphs and minitutorial is sent :) Hope it will be helpful, and if you have any questions I'll try to answer them.

    Great set and renders here!

Here's a couple I just made. Having played WoW for many years, can't wait for those partial ear morphs for the males.

Wow, those are really pretty! I love them both... great job!

I have to say, though I originally created these seamless with the colors... mixing them up with the elf skins yields some neat looks. Once I got to my second set of promos, I started mixing a little too.

Is there anything I can do to improve my render time? I love the product, but it takes a very long time to render on my machine.

Yeah, there probably is… But let me go home and reply a little bit later. I'm out right now (on my iphone currently lol) so I can't really look at DS LOL I'm sure there's probably some SSS settings that you could take down to help but ill have to see. I did post a screenshot of some render settings you can try in the meantime ... they seemed to work pretty good for me

Gras. This is a beautiful product... I want to use, but my machine may not be quite as powerful as others and it does appear to be the skin that is slowing me down. =-)

    Some lovely renders.
I used it on a male as well looks good.
Not happy with how the hair came out.

I like it!! I think it looks good. And yeah, hair can be particularly tricky with the ears. Valea is a great place to get some elfy hair if anyone is looking for em. She does a lot of hair that accounts for elf ears.

I have to say, I REALLY love the set on the men. Mayhaps I will have to do a male one at some point, with male armor.

Yes, please! I'd probably mix and match the male and female armor. I really like the shin and arm guards in this set. I'm still thinking about what I might layer the "torso jewelry" over to satisfy my obsessive practicality streak. ;) Elves in some worlds must inherently have really tough skin! ;)

Go for Genesis version! You'll probably be able to use partial morphs in some future too ^_^"

Hey all! sorry it took so long, my kitty has fleas... I had to :gulp: give her a bath. Yeaaaaaah, that was fun lol not

As you guys may know, Kattey was nice and gave me some partial morphs for the set. So I will be doing an update at some point (and the plan is also to add non-tattoo face options as well) So yeah, they will definitely be in the set. I just got to sort when Im doing it.

As for the SSS, still havent had a chance to crack open the SSS panel yet. Strength is a good place to start.... the higher the strength of the SSS, the longer the render time for sure. Right now, its set to physically accurate (it may be a little higher, I dont remember if I went slightly over) But the more you dial it down, the darker she will get. If you find a setting thats rendering quicker, but u find the skin is too dark, u can change the diffuse color (diffuse colors are set on the Drow options, and the Green skin) to be lighter.

Awesome!! Glad its rendering faster. I know the render times can be painful... I went nuts doing the promos (I had to walk away from the computer a lot lol)

I'm a sci-fi fan, so, when I saw those awesome glowing eyes and skin, I couldn't wait to do an alien with it. I think those glowing eyes and drow skin are awesome on this Iradian model. =-)

I definitely wanted Midnight Huntress but was on the fence about Dark Elves, I really liked the conforming eyebrows and the skin textures, but I didn't really want any more female morphs. After seeing all the nice male elves in this thread and this possibility of an update, I went ahead and got the Genesis version for both.

I even made my own male elf. :)

Yeah, you guys are killing me with the males. It soooo makes me wanna do something for the males. Another great render MimicMolly.... and that is really clever usage of of the bodysuit trim as well, I must say. I hadnt thought to include that as an off option.

Very cool DB! I love how you mix stuff up. The bodysuit works well beneath pants

Thanks. I don't have a decent close up render but i actually added the texture set by hand after using the AOA base shaders. (not that i didn't like the original i just do that for some reason lol.) and have been getting some interesting results.

yeah that body suit did fit pretty well too with the smoothing option.Like setting the belt to smoothing over the body suit so i didn't get any poke through.

If i get a decent and TOS safe close up render of one of my experiments I'll post it lol.

Oh and thank you for the comment on my first one. I forgot i don't have notices set on this forum anymore and didn't look back yet

Thanks. Took me a while to figure that out because I wanted to use the bodysuit. I should've made a transmap to use it without that random AlfaSeed loincloth but got lazy in the end.

I can sympathize, my girls feel the same way. :)

I need to try that. Looks good.
