This seems to be a Magento caching catch up kinda thing. Seems the rest of the page populates, but the new stuff takes longer the way the whole thing used to.
Did you purchase using store credit?
There was a banner code recently that didn't appear for anyone who qualified for it, but had bought the qualifiying items using store credit, which the system didn't seem to recognise as a "purchase".
Thanks for the suggestion, I made several purchases both store credit and paypal as well.
Hmmm... I guess the gift card didn't count either. Oh, well. I still haven't spent any of it. So far, very underwhelmed...
To me it seems the 40/50% off Featured PA items doesn't work.
Have two new releases in my cart and two featured artist items. Price reduction for the new releases is okay, but there's no change in the price of the featured artist items... (see screenshot)
Edit: seems the problem is due to the two featured PA items in my cart already getting that "additional x%" making them no longer count as being at the base price and therefor not applying the +10% change from 40% to 50%.
So.. when buying from the "Addional Featured Artist Catalog Savings" category buying any additional stuff won't give extra savings, right?
I wish DAZ would make their sales a wee bit more intuitive. Would make me need less time to decide not to buy anything...
Working for me, with a different set of items (but one of the new items was the West Park set, incase it was the PC item beeing mis-categorised).

Hmm. I feel like Daz has recognized my tendency to wait a day or two, and perhaps even noticed the Debuts sitting in my cart until they time out, and is trying to encourage me to stop waiting, since coupon only works on Debuts, the day of.
No banner for me either. I always buy with store credit.

Could just be Daz telling us to slow down with the shopping.
The coupon message states: "To thank you for making a purchase from the 2018 Premier Artist Festival during the first week, please enjoy special savings"; so, if you made a purchase from the PA festival and didn't get a banner message with the offer you should probably contact customer service. But be sure to check your messages first; sometimes the green banner doesn't show up even if there is a message offer.
I have nothing either, rather annoying when others seem to have got it.
I guess one way to get around it and show my dissatisfaction as a customer would be to return everything I did buy during the PA sale so far.
When did the banner first appear?

I figured the problem had something to do with Magento, rather than CloudFlare. I've seen many things at changeover that prevent the new releases from showing, or showing without correct pricing. This is the first time I've seen a blank area on a sales page and found no section in the source code with product id numbers. Because it was something I'd never seen before, I thought it worth bringing up in case a digital switch needed flipping.
Yes, Daz just gae the system a shake and the banners should be popping up for the rest of us.

You could just buy it again with the coupon and ask for a refund of the earlier purchase.

Same for me when I try to check my wishlist, messages, etc.
Daz giveth and Daz taketh away.
I guess it needs another swift kick, or it hasn't recovered from the last one yet. We probably need to be patient.
