RiverSoft Art is not listed in the "every artist" sale...  surprise  I sure hope Daz is not trying to tell me something smiley

I'm not listed either. But since I'm seeing a spike in sales I'm sure my products must be listed. :)

https://www.daz3d.com/end-of-the-tracks isn't showing as discounted at all. Maybe I misunderstood the whole 'all the artists' are on sale thing, because a bunch of stuff on my wishlist is still at full price.

That may be because it's still new (i.e. less than 60 days old), but has already lost its introductory discount. I have a bunch of stuff between one and two months old that isn't on sale in my wishlist as well.

@divamakeup and @riversoftart  @redz  I'll mention in my art studio thread that folks need to look for your stores. Anyone else not listed?

And mods, have you contacted DAZ about the missing Sienna bundle? Haven't heard from you and it's been four hours. Would appreciate the help.

All we can say is that yes, the bundle and the make-up set have been removed from the store for now. I thought that had been posted already.

So the promo page says "all March Madness Related Items" are back on sale. Is this true? Because I'm only seeing about 16 items in the category...

Where does it say "all March Madness Related Items are back on sale"?

It looks like Daz fixed it, I am seeing all three in the alpha list now

I also asked about it in a post and here's a reaction to that :)

Yes, but what about all the items that didn't return to the "still mad" category? Talk about disincentives - at this point, all I can do is roll my eyes and laugh.

The way I look at it, Daz has done me a big favor. There is nothing more I feel compelled to buy this weekend, (though I did take advantage of being able to use the Fat Bike with the Snowman prop set to get both for a more than reasonable price last night.) Beyond that, I'll wait to see what Monday brings. And of course, Wednesday, with another PC+ item in the MM sale…

Based on the pattern of a catchup sale at the end of the every second week of MM so far, my guess is we have two more weeks with another catchup the first weekend of April. But Daz could just as easily end it all on the 31st.

Being that this "March Madness," hasn't been much more exciting than regular Flash Sales... I don't know that it would make much of a difference.

I agree. it's not going to make much difference to me, either.

However, for anyone waiting on a first-of-the-month paycheck to pick up one or two things that have come out, but are no longer on the sales page, the timing of the last catchup is important.

50% (or 55% if you have the Bonus Buyer item.) isn't bad for a new release. (Higher if it's a DO and you're a member.) But the same discount for older products is boring to those of us who've been around a few years and picked up a lot of older products with legitimate discounts of up to 90%. (I say legitimate, because I'm not counting glitches.) People who don't frequent these forums and have been buying from Daz for only a few months are probably delighted to see so much offered at those discounts. I know I was, my first Mrch Madness. (In time, they'll learn to hold off and wait for better discounts, while a new batch of users steps in to be delighted at discounts us "old-timers" consider meh!)

March Madness might end today, as there is the word "final" in the promo.

Isn't that "final day of the catch-up"?

I can only speak for myself, but being relatively new - only started around december 2017 - I can't say that I'm "delighted", as most of the new stuff doesn't suit my needs and the old stuff I would need, would only be really cheap to buy when packaged with new stuff I don't need... Add to that a limited budget and this first March Madness isn't really overwhelming.

Yes, I got a couple interesting things for relatively little money. But my wishlist is still as large as it was before March Madness started. PC+ will help a lot more than March Madness to make that list smaller over the next couple months...

You know, going through and trying to organize the mess of organization that is my content library...

It is too bad there wasn't a utility that would present your content library in a web browser organized, displayed and searchable just like it is in the DAZ 3D store.

Selling it, they seem to be able to figure out how to allow us to easily find what we're looking for. Once we've bought it, you're on your own. I wish they would put as much effort into making it useful as making it easy to find and purchase.

You can use the store to display your purchased items in the same categories and with the same filters as when normally browsing. Of course this does not help with items purchased from other stores, or retired items.

It would be much easier would DAZ use some rigid naming conventions.

Say, I buy an outfit texture for G8 Female, and the name should be G8F/ outfit / outfit name / texture

    Or a pose for M4 with a sword:  M4/ poses /single / fighting / with weapons

As it is, I find content all over the place with no system I recognize.

I along with others have complained about the sling it at the wall system to no avail and have had to make do with designing our own system that works for us in order to remove multiple folders named pose etc etc ......

A little personal responsibility goes a long way IMO. I know where everything I have installed is and where to find it because "I" installed it. Maybe they should have never made DIM (or so called smart content) in the first place since it sems to have made users really dependant on it and lost at the same time..

I haven't seen an orange banner in a while... has anyone else seen one recently? (in the last month or so).

Anybody else having trouble checking out? It freezes between Daz and Paypal.  It's 6:30 PM MDT (Daz's time zone).

There was a banner for a PA product for having bought a related or previous generation of the product, I don't remember which one though. That said, two things. During a big store sale, they seem to be less likely to give additional discounts, at least in some cases. Also, things that I would have expected to see in banners before (eg, extra 10% of for owning this pro bundle, get a discount on this item for having recently bought something) have been in the March madness sales page itself.

Ugh... Damn. Well, I guess I didn't really need the Aiko 3 (yes, Aiko 3) outfit that's on sale any way.  I really miss the days when every order at the Daz3D store wasn't a panic-inducing venture before they changed the store software to it's current manifestation.  Daz has missed out on a lot of money from see since the before the September PA sale because the store is so constantly gremlin-infested.

Hopefully, the Aiko 3 PA items (and some other old PA items) will be there... another sale... I'm calling it a day.

This is beyod personal responsibility. I'm going through right now organizing my content into a "Favorites" category... and you've got to figure out...

"Where is the base content, where are the maps... is it in Characters, is it in Poses, is it in Props, is it in materials? Did the PA name the maps the same and put it in the same subdirectory as the content? Did they identify it for the generation it is designed for? I can't look at the number of neck joints and figure out if it is V4, G1, 2 or 3... "

It is time consuming and irritating. That has nothing to do with personal responsibility - it has to do with a badly designed content management system.

To that end, I really appreciate when PAs take that little bit of effort to ensure that things are in a consistently logical place and order. Not all PAs are created equal in that regard.
