how they reach the snacks in the middle?

Perhaps they had minions to fetch for them?

I bet the used polearms and bladed staves, maybe the occasional pike.

mebbe they trained cats?  and thats why cats jump on the table, trained instincts

In my experience, it's impossible to train cats.  On Mythbusters they tried to herd cats and it was a spectacular disaster.

Maybe trained monkeys? You can train monkeys..

Todays gorumet air fryer blog entry!

Black Bean stew: brown 1/2 pound of ground beef in the air fryer.  Drain and set aside.  In the cookpot put in one small can of dicred green chiles (I use Old El Paso brand), one 15oz. can of black beans with 2/3 of the liquid from the can, stir in the cooked ground beef, then add about 8-10 shakes of Tapatio Picante Hot Sauce (which is really darn hot, so be careful).  Cover cookpot with aluminum foil and slow cook at 275f for two to three hours, depending on how tender you want the beans - but black beans only get so tender so past 3 hours you're wasting your time.  Let sit to cool a bit and enjoy!

Add more hot sauce if you want to feel the burn. or put in one de-seeded, diced jalapeno pepper.  Don't forget to put water in the cookpot once it's empty to soak out any cooked-on stew.

dunno, monkies throw their tootsie rolls.

they could like saw out the middle of the table, serving enches could come up through the floor. on a lift like,
or trapeze in from the ceiling

what if Arthur wanted Guinevere to sit with him at the table, plus the other knight sitting with their wives, tablw would have to be bigger

    "How soon is asap?"

Depends on how cold it is and the type of sap.  Maple sap stays watery right up to the point it freezes but pine sap only slowly oozes unless it is very hot.  Although I have known some people who were saps that were pretty slow too.  indecision  And some saps when old enough turn into dirty yellow stones that you can see right through to find the bugs, not unlike some people. devil  And for them I'd say it wasn't soon enough.

    Here, here!! *applauds*

Interestingly enough I found this quite funny myself despite having written it not too long ago and having forgotten it.  I seem to have had a brain fart and lost a few hours today.  I found myself staring at an image in my Photoshop and desperately trying to remember how to edit pictures.  It was a lost skill.  I eventually came out of my fuzz cloud or stumbled on the method and it all started to come back but it was a scary hour or so.  But interestingly enough I have other memories of today writing certain things in replies to threads in this forum and now I can't find them.  Either I did write them but now actually cant find them, or I didn't write them and just thought I did.  It's all very confusing.  Kinda scary. surprise

Maybe the table tilted so food in the center would roll out, then the knights on that side could life the table and the food would roll back.

Since I don't see them ading leafs to the table, maybe the wives sat on the knights laps?  As long as nobody wore armor.. ouch!

...giving the "Yawnalus Bowl" a miss this year.  Patriots (again) against another east cost team I don't care about.  Would have been more entertaining if it were the Rams & KC or Vikes & Jacksonville.

...put it this way, whether the Eagles win or lose, I would not want to be in Philadelphia after the game.   That town's going to be a war zone either way.

    Fly, Eagles, Fly.

I grew up in the Philly area (near Washington's Crossing), but have spent most of my adult life in Cowboys and Redskins territory (Dallas, Austin, DC, with a sideshow in West Palm Beach).

Will be very disappointed if my peeps destroy the town after the game.  Nothing like that would have happened when I was a kid.  (Really, google Frank Rizzo - there was order in an oppessive kind of way).

Which Canadian town was the one the hockey fans rioted in?  I recall thinking that was stupidly extreme.. can't quite see Philly going that far...
