    3 1/2 hours and the freebies are still listed at full price. I'm guessing the Daz crew has their hands full with the new beta and dforce! heheh :)

    I'm downloading the beta now, SO EXCITED to try out dforce!

    I was curious and had to check- I got it for $41.70 on August 30th. There was a qualifying item (or more) to get it at that price, and I can't remember if anything was glitching or not.

    Speaking of which, the ReadMe for FaceGen goes to a bad link on the product page. And I went in via another route (the Help link, Wiki) and there's no ReadMe at all.

    Would that be because you're not interested in Genesis and Genesis 2? Most of the products listed are figure specific, (character, hair, wardrobe, poses, etc.) However, there are also a number of older products that are still quite usable with the current figures, including several DM sets. A quick peek at the category filtered to show only what I already own shows a few products which support G3 as well as G2, Portrait Vignettes from Collective3D, a DSLR camera, Picture Frames, a Backgammon game, a home office, lots of Daz Dragon 3 products, several weapons products, more sets...

    (I filled in my runtime over the years with cheap props and sets by buying older products from sales just like this one.)

    Ah, it's the importer I was thinking of - so Genesis 3+ isn't DSON?  Is that when duf started?  Or am I mixing it up with something else?

    All Genesises are in DSON format, but the newer versions use features that Poser doesn't support so they don't have Poser Companion Files to load through the importer.

    DSON is a format like JSON, basically just files that end in DUF or DSF.

    Therefore Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 use DSON format.

    So why aren't we seeing much Gen 3/8 in the sale? My guess is because DSON was introduced before Genesis 3, therefore in the 'spirit of DSON', the DSON sale has earlier items.

    EDIT - see Richard's post above mine. Basically this DSON sale means 'stuff with poser companion files' rather than 'all stuff using DSON format'. So really we've come full circle, and it is intended as a 'DSON Importer' sale rather than a generic DSON sale which would've included newer items. Semantics. :)

    Timing did something weird.  It looked like my Plat coupon was being super effective, but now I think I lost some.  When I filled the cart last night, the megafastgrab items were 75% off and I used those Pendi boots as a trigger - at 58% off.  $6.28, so great coupon target.  Then when I applied the coupon, they dropped to free and the rest went to 80% off, sweet!

    But now I try the cart again, and it looks like even without the coupon they've dropped to 80% off, and the boots are going for $5.02 (66% off).  So.... I think there's a glitch somewhere that saved me money, but shorted my coupon by a dollar.
