    I've been sweltering here today! And it's so hot at night the last week the fan is non-stop and no doonas on the bed. LOL. We're in spring, heading into summer - but our spring usually as hot as summer anyway. I'm drooling over winter stuff :sigh:

    Well some stuff with deadlines needs to be submitted several months in advance so from that perspective, at least a single day of winter-themed sale is convenient. Like if you’re selling Christmas cards, you want ‘em available by Halloween.

    Changing that would be awesome, as the technical writer in me keeps cringing everytime I see the ©.  ;)

    When I did the advertising for a small electronics firm I used to work for, (in the 90s,) I had to have the artwork to the magazines several months in advance. I world expect the same was/is true of articles and any other artwork.

    Although I don't sell my images, I do create an annual Christmas card for my husband to give the subscribers on his paper route. Those have to be printed, cut, folded, signed and stuffed into envelopes by the 1st of December. If Daz has any new Christmas themed products, I'd like to see them soon, as I try to have the work done before Thanksgiving. Anything coming out in December is too late for me.

    So I see the holiday themed sales coming early as a good thing. And I personally appreciate not having a month-long bombardment of horror themed new releases.

    Hmm.  If you've got mega-fastgrabs and one new item, but there's nothing else in new or featured you want to spend money on today, NGartplay has some free items in their store that work to trigger the "two items" flag and get your new item to 50% off instead of 40%.

    Hi,

    I often hear in this forum that if in 30 days, there is another sale that has better price than when you bought it, you can ask for a store credit for the difference? However I want to ask if this has to be the same content cart?

    For example, I bought a bunch of Tesla3d items on September 21. Right now it's on sales for 75% if I buy a new release. So can I ask them for the difference to be refund with the new release item in the cart?

    I believe you can. I'd put everything in your cart, the items you intend to purchase today, whether that is just one qualifying new release or several items, and add the Tesla3d items you purchased on Sept. 21. Then save a screenshot of the cart. (You'll have to open the product page for each item, and click on the "Purchased" button to put it in your cart. You cannot do it from the catalog thumbnails.) With the screenshot saved, remove the Tesla3D items from the cart and make your purchase. Then contact Customer Service, reference the order ID of the Sept 21 purchase as well as today's purchase, attach the screenshot, and ask for a refund of the difference.

    It usually helps to also do the math, show your work, (as the teacher used to say,) and tell them exactly how much you overpaid.

    Morris should not have been listed in the Mega Fast Grab, as they are a Feature Artist with a new release today. When this gets straightened out, you won't be seeing higher discounts. But they are messed up, as far as I could tell, even for a Featured Artist.

    Oh I'm sure I will. I have almost all your 3Delight sets (except toons which I don't really do), but a few Iray ones to catch up on as funds permit. Smaller number now though laugh so I'm getting there.
