    Hexagon 3,

or Daz buys Silo...and Unreal Engine

    or Autodesk buys Daz!

Unreal is owned by Epic games, a multi billion dollar company so it is more likely the other way around if going to happen

Ha, indeed. Not to mention the tremendous success of Fortnite is filling their pockets with more money than they know what to do with.

    Hi please,

I installed Diffeomorphic to export Daz scenes in blender... The things are working, but, i no see the Daz import in blender/menu/file/ import... Only on tab of daz library

Im in blender 2.79, and isntalled addon 1.3.1

I do, before I install the addon in blender:

    a) truncate the Diffeomorphic-import-daz_7545wyu47.zip to Diffeomorphic-import-daz.zip (random alphanumeric string at the end of the downloaded plugin) & then install the addon.

    b) User Preferences - Add-Ons (tab) - User (Categories) - Install Add-on from File... button (navifgate to the zip & install.

    c) Make sure you check the check mark by Import-Export: DAZ (.duf, .dsf) format

    d) Save User Settings

    e) Now you need to actually go back to the Diffeomorphic website & read their configuation instructions but in summary it's something like you'll need to in Blender use keyboard shortcut T and then click on the 'DAZ' tab after the tabs are extented and then check 'Paths to DAZ Library' (I have one so I use D:\Documents\Design\DAZ 3D\Studio\Library)  & Path to Output Errors: D:\tmp)

    e) Save Sartup File (although this part shouldn't be needed I do it anyway if I'm on the default cube startup screen)

    f) Restart Blender

Export to DAZ .duf I've not tried & I don't see it as an option in neither the File - Export menu or the keyboard T shortcut DAZ tab either so I guess he's still working on that).

Thanks so much for your attention!
What you said answered my question:"

    Thanks

...heaven forbid that last one happens. Most of us don't have 1,000$s to spend on software (a 3DS Max annual subscription is 1,505$ a year [they no longer sell perpetual licences]) or hundreds on a single item in the store on on one of those pro sites.
