I'd love to claim credit, but the outfit is straight https://www.daz3d.com/bast-for-genesis-3-female (ok, I removed two bits and made the veil more opaque), and Lionness Catalyst (darkened the fur a little).

I like the new https://www.daz3d.com/22-parker-road-bundle which I dropped onto one of Collective3d's neighborhoods, threw in some vehicles and Monique 8, Iray Wolrlds, stirred, then baked for 45 minutes.

Running Clothing Converter G2M->G8M took almost 3 hours. Wow.
Here's one test. Most of the clothing was fine, but it took work to get the elbows and shoulders to behave, and layering shirts and jackets is always a pain in the patootie.

Originally I combined rain and fog but it brought my computer to it's elbows and so I went with the rain and added a little fog in post with distance canvas

Did you notice each system prop consists of three sections? You can hide one or two of the sections. Whether the section is not in the camera frame, or you want a lighter effect, hiding sections can help with the render times. looks like KA has come out with another must-have resource!

I was playing around with reflections and got this wierd opposite reflections....lol

Here's another one using Iray Storm, with rain, fog and lightning, all from the product. (In this one, @Oso3D, I have the camera at one end of the grids, with only the closest section of rain visible, and two sections of the fog.)
I did this with the Beta, but I didn't use the Denoiser. I also stopped the render at 500 samples. It's usually typical for me to run a dark image for 15K samples, but the details are softened by the presence of the rain and fog, and I actually liked a bit of grain in the image. It left me with the impression of even more rain.
