Has something changed with the Platnium Club? One of my cupons has disappeared, and I can't see the PC forum section. And now under my account it says: "Switch to Platnium Club +" but I click it and nothing happens. Am I being punished?? What did I do???? cryingcrying

...interesting.  I just renewed mine a few minutes ago and everything went fine, I am now good until July 6th.  Odd that your screenshot shows a "1 month" option and mentions about switching to Platinum Club Plus.  Try refreshing the page as it looks nothing like what I see on my account page.

I refreshed, logged out, cleared my cache, and logged back in and it's still showing the same thing. *sigh* I guess DAZ doesn't like me anymore. How unfortunate. I guess that's $8 i won't be spending here this month. sad

I think I will get a refill on lemonade before checking to see if I have my story notebook.

Ok, well I feel slightly less bad that I'm the only one experiencing this. I hope our support tickets get sorted soon. Especially since my PC membership only has 5 days left on it, and if this doesn't get sorted before then I'm not going to bother renewing. indecision

You're so right, Tango Alpha! Being a Canuck in a Yank world I often have people "correcting" my English, written and spoken (but, I NEVER say "eh").

My blue fire is out for delivery.  I could return it but I used a ten dollar promotional credit that is not refundable.

I am noticing my break is almost over.   Why do breaks seem so short?

I grew up in the US but still close to Canada.  South of Buffalo I still find people here using the "eh?" at the end of most sentences whether or not it was a question.  After high school I went to college in Florida and have, I believe, rid myself of much of NY's regional twang but have been confused and corrupted by 20 years of southern drawl and then another 20 years of Mid-Atlantic whatever. frown  Now I've been back in the NY SouthernTier area for a decade and have found that kids here can't speak at any less than supersonic speed and slur their words so much that I have become that proverbial ancient person who cups their ear and asks them to slow down and repeat what they said, in English. no  I sometimes wonder if this is what public school planning was intending.  If so, it has worked marvelously. angry

ROFL, I've ALWAYS been that ancient curmudgeon, even in my twenties. (Aside: it's interesting that I didn't see your last sentence until I clicked "quote"). I've lived in Arizona for nearly 20 years. My friends no longer hear any accent, but it's the first thing most strangers notice. Perhaps I say out and about too often. wink

...forgot to mention that the other day saw my first flutterby of the season.  Maybe there's hope that spring will actually hang around instead of keep giving into winter's last desperate grasps to hold on (never got those 60°+ temps this week that we were promised).

I got my blue fire today.  Trying it out with my bluetooth keyboard to see if it will work better than the android device.  So far so good.

Morning. A bit of a chilly breeze stirring treetops and pulling apart a formerly looming grey white-streaked overcast as the sun rises, guess there will be no rain anytime soon for us :)

I think the dust in my room is making me sick.  I felt fine when I went outside after the rain ended.  I should buy a cheap air filter.

I have one of these     https://www.pure-aire.co.uk/

The video  on this page is quite fascinating    https://www.pure-aire.co.uk/how-it-works/

I am sure you can find something similar, even if you can't get the same one,   but the fragrances you can use with it are lovely.

Since it iz Friday here I should stop off to grab some dead fish on a tray on the way home :)

  • kyoto kidkyoto kid Posts: 42,213

..I always found the fish on Friday thing to be a little odd as it was a specifically a Catholic tradition (no meat on Friday) which became adopted by others who did not subscribe to the religion itself. For example in my old hometown of Milwaukee WI, many protestant and non denominational groups also observed the Friday meat "taboo".
