I decided this guy needed a hat. Then I decided he couldn't just be floating in the air. He looks a little worried. I think his condiments might slide off.

    Looks awesome! Great idea!

Your video made me picture a two-player game where you can swap between the characters, all set in different kitchens :D

Somehow these crazy human-like foods fascinate me, ever since I got the update pack with all the evil fruits and veggies.

    I agree, @barbult

I appreciate a lot that Fool Foods for Genesis 9 is fully rigged and in a smart way.

I hope, that Mechasar will create more such amazing characters.

After six years since her debut, Zuna is back and she's never looked better. With stunning new curves, enhanced photorealism, even more accessories, and tons of new customization options, she's ready to impress. And that's not all: a pack of 20 poses will be waiting for you alongside the character's release. Stay tuned! ;)

One of my all time favorite characters.

After a long wait, Zuna 9 is finally here! I hope this character inspires lots of creativity, and I can't wait to see what you create with her. In the meantime, I wanted to share a comparison of the proportions and heights of my six female characters, along with a few different hairstyle options for Zuna.

Absolutely gorgeous character, and I love the panther-helmet like only an eighties kid with a taste for questionable fantasy could.

This may come out of left field, but have you considered making a male face pack? Your designs lend themselves to being focus-characters, and I'm currently using Yva as the base for the female heroine of a project, but I ended up having to use... a bit of Yva's face on the hero to get some consistent aesthetics. Worked surprisingly well, truth be told, but I also would like to have more male-focused options to choose from.

EDIT: I mean in G9. I have most of your previous offerings, but I'm using Filatoon, and the anime bases make that far more convenient.

    Thank you for your appreciation!

Don’t worry, that’s a perfectly fair question. This thread was created specifically to discuss anything related to my creations. The answer is yes, I did consider it back when I was working extensively with Genesis 8. I even started designing something, but I dropped the idea pretty quickly. The reason probably won’t come as much of a surprise.

As many of you have noticed by now, my characters are always presented with their own personal backstory. It’s not because I force a story onto the model after it’s been sculpted, it’s actually the opposite. I need to start with a story in order to build the character.

That’s why creating a simple face, or even more so, an entire bundle of unrelated faces, would be difficult for me. I’d have to imagine a different story for each one, and at that point, I might as well create a complete character instead. So I guess that’s both my trademark… and my biggest limitation.

That said, as for a male character, I’m happy to announce that 'Esra 9Teen' is almost finished and will be the next character. He’ll include age morphs that let you adjust his appearance from the age of his previous Genesis 8 to a man in his early twenties.

Yes! laugh I was really hoping you'd say that! I've been waiting for Esra 9! Can't wait to see him!

I love all your characters and their stories, Mechasarheart

The wide variety of sample images and explanatory images needs to become standard among all PAs. Thanks for leading the way.

Picked her up today!  Awesome character!  I was poking around and I see the deltas for the extra body shaping you've included, but I can't locate the dials for those shapes (Navel, abs, cleavage, etc.).  Can you point me in the proper direction please?

Sure! Open the 'Shaping' pane, and you'll find the breast morphs under the 'Chest' subgroup and the abdomen morphs under the 'Waist' subgroup. They're highlighted in green.

I have to say, your characters are awesome quality. Unfortunately I dont use G9 as I am too heavily invested in G8. Any chance of a G8 version of Gladys the Gamer?

She was originally a G8.1F who came back as G9: https://www.daz3d.com/gladys-the-gamer-for-genesis-81-female

Why did the 8.1 version not show up on the PA store page? Stupid website.

How compatible is 8.1 with 8?

Summary: Material zones are different and can't share textures. The base model has the same number of facets in the same place. Rigging & poses the same. Each can wear the other's clothes if the clothing is correctly set up. If it isn't (relatively rare), you'll get an autofit dialogue box. In more detail: I'm sure someone else can help with that more than I. I tend to think of G3 as Mk1 G8, and G8.1 as an attempt at Mk1 G9 while attempting to make it less unpopular by keeping clothing, pose and hair compatibility.

    Regards,

    Richard

One possible fix when Genesis 8 clothes don't load without an autofix box on Genesis 8.1 (worked so far on the two cases I got):

DOH!  How did I miss those?  Thank you!

In the case of a character, it depends which UV set it uses. *.1 has the 8 UVs but it also has its own UV set which can't work with 8 (because it uses two different maps for what is one surface group on 8).
