Okay, so I apparently have two punches from previous purchases over the weekend. However, my cart doesn't show any extra off. Are there hidden exclusions or conditions? Or is there a problem, either for me or in general? Cart screenshot added.

Same issue. I have 2 punches but I'm not getting any discount (I am a premiere member).

I do see an extra discount on those items but I only have one punch, so maybe the problem is specific to 2?

Noticed a weird error message on the cart page after I emptied my cart: Invalid Legacy Dynamic HTML Block Identifier cart-review-page-promo

Still happens after I've logged out, tossed my cookies, closed and reopened my browser (Edge) and logged in again.

So, it may clear up overnight, or I may have a very cheap Christmas in July...

    Which browser are you using?

I'm also seeing no discount - the sale page says I have 1 punch (which I earned on July 18th I believe).

I'm also seeing that weird error message on an empty cart page - on both Chrome browser and MS Edge.

I got the error message in Chrome (signed in) and Firefox (not signed in) with an empty cart.

I also see that weird error message in the empty cart. Firefox/logged in/W10.

Yes, I see it in Firefox and Edge. Reported, thank you.

See, 2 punches, no extra discount. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I am also seeing:  "Invalid Legacy Dynamic HTML Block Identifier cart-review-page-promo" when I view an empyy cart on:

Firefox 152.0.6 (aarch64) on a Mac Studio running Sequoia 15.7.7 (24G720) (not logged in, no website data stored)

Firefox 115.37.0esr (64-bit) on a Mac Mini running Mojave 10.14.6 (18G9323) (this is what I usually use to shop DAZ3D)

The christmas-in-july-2026 page says I should have one punch but I don't think I'm getting a discount for items in the cart.  Is that discount supposed to apply to any item (except quick grab, outlet, gift cards, licenses, memberships)?

Okay... so by now I no longer have any punches, and the error message in an empty cart is still there. At least today's freebie beach chairs were nice.

The text for the "Holiday Rewards Punch Card" description doesn't seem to understand its own rules.

At the end it says "Punches Equal the number of days you’ve purchased over the previous three days."

But the text next to the first punch indicator says "Purchase the 1st day to get an an extra 10% off* the next day" which kinda doesn't match the text at the end.  I had a purchase on July 18 and on Monday (20th) it said I had one punch which matches the text at the end.  If the text at the first punch indicator was correct then *NO ONE* would have a punch on the first day.

The text next the the second punch indicator says "Purchase 2 days in a row to get an extra 20% off* the next day" which is also wrong (I hope).  If all purchases over the previous three days earn punches then 2 punches could be earned by any of:  a purchase 3 days ago and a purchase 1 day ago; a purchase 3 days ago and a purchase 2 days ago; a purchase 2 days ago and a purchase 1 day ago.

I have purchases on 7/18 and 7/20 so I was expecting to have two punches but I only have one (same as I had Monday).

    I'm going to bed.
