The problem is with your wishlisted items then: they are either a new release, a Daz+ item, or were not in your wishlist before July 13.
Edit: a picture being worth a thousand words, Porto Bella is currently not discounted at all and is on my wishlist since its release. Once in my cart with a Daz+ new release over $1, and SUMMER-FUN typed in the coupon's field, it did get the advertised 50% discount.
Yes, it's working for me now as well. The issue was with the WL items I had chosen. They're still new or added after the cut-off date for the coupon. User error on my part.
I added two new release items and my choice of the bonus Dog 8 item for a pre-tax total of $36.13, resulting in acquiring 3 tokens.
I then took advantage of the gift card sale and added a $400 gift card (discounted to $320) resulting in a pre-taxe total of $356.13 - but I only get 1 token now - should still be 3.
It may be a known display error, but for now I can only suggest a ticket.
We recall some kind of display error with GC, but we're not positive what it was in regard to, so we've got to wait till others come on to verify if it's this or not.
Yes, there is a known issue - if the tokens after checkout are wrong please open a Sales support ticket.
I don't know if it's just on my end or if it's the same for anybody else, but so far, the store didn't change to show today's offers and new products.

Probably an error in the customer's favor: Tokens are applied to the $3.99/$2.99 Hair Stealz. I'm guessing that's a mistake. If not... Well, now people know.
The name/product association of product "Surprise for School Uniform G8F" by alexanna in the "Scholastic Goodies" selection is incorrect/confusing, as it appears to actually be a texture set for the "dForce School Uniform for Victoria 8" by Halcyone and FaintbBlue, sold at Renderosity, Renderotica, and CGBytes.
Is there an issue with prices shown in the "Hairy" artist stores? There seems to be a pretty drastic difference between the price shown on the page and the price in cart for some items - many like this example:

Yes, sorry, should have gotten a screen shot of that also.
If I add a new "Hair" item the price drops to $4.05, but still above what the page is showing.
I'm also seeing differences between what's advertised on the item page and the price in cart.
Unlike paulawp, I am NOT seeing a price drop when I include one of today's new items in the cart along with one of today's featured artists.
And on top of that, the cart itself is throwing an odd error when it gets emptied.
I am not seeing this with my test cart, does it seem to be all items from the category (or all by certain PAs) or only some?

Today's "collected" new releases are supposed to trigger an additional 40% discount, per the sale page.
That said, FG College Dorm Floor isn't included in the items by him in the sale, so it shouldn't have had an additional discount. That was my mistake.
However, that doesn't explain why FG College Dorm Floor has one price on its page, and a totally different price in the cart.

I don't know how wide the issue is but I tested a few items where the price on the store page does not carry over to the cart. I had one item in my cart last night that was marked down yesterday to $4 but this morning it was at $10.
I checked a few of the PAs in today's sale. It looks like the weird price difference issue is only hitting Fugazi. It's also only hitting stuff that isn't in today's sale, but seems to be in some other sale. (EDIT: It looks like Fugazi's entire store is in the "Hairy" artist sale, except for the seven items that are in today's sale.)
The stuff in today's sale is working in reverse, more or less. Items in today's artist sale for Fugazi are showing 30% off on their page, then drops in the cart, which is more or less what would be expected.

Guess that'll be a massive (for me) cart dumped them, as whatever broke part way through the day means none of the cart will be at that price again now that the items have increased in pre offer price, how can I justify paying more than I was potentially able to pay unfortunately.

The pricing bug has hit today's holidaz dealz as well. On its page, Twizted Silent Sorrow is 1.67; in the cart it's 2.99. I assume it's not supposed to be 1.67, given the stated price on the Christmas in July sale page.
I see it saying:
50% off Holiday Featured Artists
65% off Legacy Items
75% off* with any Debut New Release
So are you saying there are legacy items that are not 65% as I do see some at 65%.

vwrangler, Looks like the issue has been resolved.
None were at the 65% discount at the time of my previous message, but I checked after reading your message and it's fixed now.
Its been fixed. It needs a hard refresh
Elor This lookes ok to me. I'm seeing the 65% off. They just fixed some stuff and this may have gotten fixed during the process
