The Required Products for some of the new Axel products need clarification.
1. On the sale page both https://www.daz3d.com/axel-9-hd-minotaur-add-on-bundle & https://www.daz3d.com/axel-9-hd-centaur-add-on-bundle have blurbs stating Centaur 9 character bundle is required for Minotaur preset. However, none of the individual items in either bundle list the Centaur 9 bundle as a Required Product; some in the Centaur add-on do have https://www.daz3d.com/centaur-9 (not the character bundle) as Required Product.
2.https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-armor-wild-hunt-centaur-bundle have https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-armor-wild-hunt-for-genesis-9 & https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-armor-wild-hunt-for-daz-horse-3-texture-add-on, a component and an add-on, respectively, under Required Products.
Reporting.
According to this, 2 releases from today should give 20% of giftcards.
But I am only getting 10% off?!
I had $31.83 in store credit, added 5 Axel 9 items to my cart, used 8 tokens and applied the $10 DO coupon. This left a total of $9.66. I then added a $100 gift card (“Items must be in the basket at the same time for the discount to apply”) – and the amount due came to $89.66. If you simply add up the amounts for the items and the gift card, the total is, of course, correct. However: the store credit isn’t taken into account at all and isn’t listed on the invoice either! According to my calculations, the invoice should have shown a remaining balance of $57.83. I’m now wondering whether the $31.83 simply wasn’t deducted and is still in my store credit after the purchase, or whether it has ‘disappeared’. Which, of course, is stopping me from completing the purchase for the time being.
You may need to do a hard refresh. It was corrected some time ago.
You can't use store credit to buy store credit, so the cart is correct, and your existing store credit isn't deducted from the purchase.
Ah, I didn’t know that, or I’d forgotten. Thanks for the quick help!
What is going on with Priaps https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-fuzz-outfit-for-genesis-9 ? Is it really for genesis 9 or is it for genesis 8? It's also missing a readme.
It's texture addon states it is for genesis 9, 8 and 8.1.
This bundle: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-barkhide-outfitcentaur-bundle lists its components are required products.
This bundle: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-armor-wild-hunt-centaur-bundle lists one of its components as a required product and a texture add-on for the other product also as a required product.
Edit: And this bundle too: https://www.daz3d.com/bw-centaur-leather-armor-outfit
Added those to the other report.
I have also reported that the wardrobe bundle doesn't actually include the texture add-ons.
There are 3 texture bundles (each includes texture addon for Genesis 9 and Daz Horse 3 = 6 SKU's total) in the Centaur Armor Bundle for Genesis 9 and Daz Horse 3. The outfits and armor are included in other bundles.
I don't see the 3 texture bundle products, only individual products contained in the 3 texture bundles. Clicking on the texture bundle links goes to an OPPS! page.
Will there be three texture bundles products available for sale?
Is anyone still getting the spinning boxes (or a "Please Try Later" image)? Occasionally it will work and show the products, but then the problem comes right back as soon as I go to a new page, or return to the page I was on before looking at a product. I've hard-refreshed any number of times, mostly unsuccessfully.
I am still having problems like this, but mostly with the main store page. I just posted again in https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/764511/new-store-and-features-discussion-thread#latest about it.
Those who are still having the issue with the store loading, please try doing a hard refresh and trying again. It took us doing that when it got fixed.
I ended up having to clear browser history but I can see the product tiles now instead of spinning/"Please Try Later" type messaging.
Nothing has changed. The six products supposedly in the three Bundle Texture Addon products are all separate items, and the links from the "Centaur Armor Bundle for Genesis 9 and Daz Horse 3" are all OOPS!...
Are the Texture Bundle addons part of the Armor Bundle or not? I have bought the 3 other bundles, and when I add the Armor Bundle to my cart, it says I already own a number of pieces (okay), and will discount accordingly (which implies there is more stuff, otherwise it would show as $0.00), but nothing I don't already own is in the included products that are listed. The individual texture addons are not showing as being included in any bundles (which kind of makes sense at this point, seeing as their parent bundles do not exist).
Sent a note to Daz on this. I don't get the newsletter, so can't verify.
I can verify this. I was a bit confused by it.
I know I should submit a ticket but I only paid $2.50 for the character bundle these sets were in
still
a lot of work fixing it
use irfanview batch convert on the tif files that mostly don't load (some do)
OMG Carrara I had to do obj exports as there was no fixing the duf/dsf filenames that that liked
amazed looking at DAZ-DEALS forum references nobody else has dealt with this
We have pointed out the issue here, I beleive it may be that the big bundle is pointing to the sub-bundles and those are not in store. Are people who buy the armour bundle getting the textues, assuming anyone has purchased that bundle?
I didn't buy that bundle (even if I wanted everything in it, the more efficient way to do that was get the character bundles which already had most of it in, then grab the texture add-ons on their own).
But I can report that https://www.daz3d.com/snow-queen-9-hd-add-on-bundle is similar in that it includes products that are no longer separately in the store (the Snow Queen Alternative shapes), but I *did* get those shapes when I purchased the entire bundle (but that it did still have a non-zero price when I'd already purchased everything else in it. Which I'd done because I was kind of hoping that, yes, maybe if I owned everything in the bundle that's in the store, that would then put the bundle price to zero, but no, it seems those products still have an assigned price even if they're not separately available.)
The technicality of why the bundle here isn't going to zero is probably that while you might own everything that's presumably in the inaccessible bundles, you don't own those inaccessible bundles themselves, and the discount isn't recursive to realise that you would be able to get those bundles for zilch.
But I would say the better way to handle this would be to not have those inaccessible bundles and just clearly list all of the separate products that are included.
Is the featured artist store really only 42 products? https://www.daz3d.com/cartoon-animal-artists#index=0&order=popular^1&filtered=1
I see 115, with owned unhidden.
When these texture add-ons are bundled with their base outfits (which themselves are included in other Character or HD Addon bundles) there is a substantial reduction for 1) owning the base outfits already and 2) the bundle discounts all the remaining items even more, usually another 30%. Adding the Armor Bundle yields a net price much less than the sum of the six texture addons (with all relevant discounts applied in both cases, i.e., extra 40% for 3 or more Axel 9 new releases).
The texture bundles are now listed in the store, and the text links from the product page are functional (but still not seeing the thumbnail links). Proceeding to checkout...
The Daz Shop Add-On was affecting my list. Thanks.
Weird, I don't see them in the thumbnails in the big bundle but the one I checked did show it was included in the Armo(u)r bundle in the thumbnails - maybe a caching issue.
On further looking, I had poser only assets turned off in the add-on. the "missing" 70ish products seem to be all V4/M4 era stuff.
