    very nice work Sid you really bought out the details something I can't seem to do. Oh GA does a lot of photo shoots and has a new ad she very proud of her age and cellulight as she says in the ad we don't age we upgrade and she not ashamed of her body same with Sigourney Weaver

    I am a Premier member, I used by monthly to get Cate 9, there is no Clarrise available in my Smart Content.

    Not in installed, available, updates or pending.

    How are you supposed to get that shape?

    I just checked my Product Library and she's there. If you've been trying to download via DIM or manual, those won't work for the exclusive content. You have to log in from inside Daz Studio to download those. (You don't have to stay logged in to use them, however.) I don't usually install the exclusives, so don't know the steps. I'm sure someone who does, will see this and give you a hand with that if needed.

    PS: If you don't see Clarisse in your Account/Product Library (dropdown just to the left of Cart icon), you need to open a ticket with Customer Service.

    I have a lot of exclusive characters greyed out in my Available section of Smart content where I do not have the model. I know that they are delivered through Smart Content and not DIM, Clarrise is not there.

    Ticket opened, but I still have a few from over a year ago unanswered, so not holding my breath.

    IF YOU INSTALL ONE OF THOSE EXCLUSIVE models, Clarisse for Cate 9  in this instance, then create a new character from it, then leave Premiere, will it work consdering you save it as a new figure?

    I've wondered this myself. Maybe if the exclusive in question was made by dial-spinning* only the base and or core character morphs, and didn't have anything custom? If the hypothetical Based on Clarisse character used morphs you didn't have due to leaving Premier, DS would throw errors, correct? I hope I understand & am explaining things clearly, because I've never been a tech person.

     

    *do we still use that term since it's sliders now?

    Not the Premier exclusive. They can only be installed with Connect, and you have to login regurlarily to maintain the right to use Premier exclusive products.

    Regarding the question, if you save a new character preset, then it will have a morph, you no longer have access to.

    If you export the character and reimport as new, you will have the character, but nor any correctives. And you are not allowed to do that, as it is a deritive, of something you don't have right to.

    I think personally after 12 months of premier membership, 12 months of the free premier content should unlock and be yours, even if it's only just minor morphs/textures edits like that are what most of them are.

    Thanks @daveso - that is the original skin texture from the hd version of Cate 9. No tweaks at all.

    Yes, thanks. There are several names like that iin the forums. I wasn't actually trying to ping her using the forum SW, lol, continue enjoying the spring @SerneNight, don't mind me. I was just curious.
