There is likely a priority order between the two Bundle buddies offers and it's not set as it should: if someone has both a new bundle and a new non-bundle in their cart, the shop will only take into account the presence of a new non-bundle product when I think it should take into account only the presence of the new bundle.
With a bundle, I got the correct discount on the SVM bundle and the gift card:
Adding a new release (the kimono), both the SVM bundle and the gift card saw their discount reduced to the discount expected from having only a new release in my cart:

I had that too. It doesn't work if you have both a bundle and a non-bundle item from today in the cart.

I may be misunderstanding something (shock horror hehe) but the Bundle Buddies offer states 10% off a Gift Card AND an extra 20% off* Best Bundles with any “Bundled Up” New Release
For me cart is going from 60% off to 68% off (when adding an eligible new release to cart - see attached images of cart). Should it not be going to 80% off?
No.
Let's say you're buying something with a base price of $100.
If you're applying a 60% discount, the price is lowered to $40 (calculation is done this way: 100 x (1-0,6)).
When you're then applying a 20% discount on what was a $100 cart, you're now applying it on a $40 cart, so the new price will be calcaluted this way: 40 x (1-0,2), so 40 x 0,8 (small trick: it's the same as doing 4 x 8) which is $32 , so a cumulated discount of 68%.
And if you want to do all the calculation in one go, the rules is simple : [BASE PRICE] x (1-[FIRST DISCOUNT]) x (1*[SECOND DISCOUNT]) and so on.

The "Free 3D Models and Content" page, which is supposed to have "FREE items added weekly," hasn't updated since December 26. That's when I last acquired items from the page, and nothing new has appeared since. I didn't say anything last week because I wasn't sure if it had really been that long, and anyway, it seemed like everybody was on vacation, but this is a pretty glaring omission. It's now two weeks since any new freebies have dropped on the page.
As has been said before, they have been bi-weekly for some time, now. They are expected to refresh tomorrow.
They advertise as otherwise right on the page... "FREE items added weekly." Maybe they should change that.
The monthly coupons STILL DO NOT WORK and I tried different browsers already!
The most recent sale, most of the sales groups has "ITEMS IN WISHLIST PRIOR TO JANUARY 9" wording. However, the 50% Off Featured Artists Stores section does not.
Might want to update that so it doesn't confuse people. Adding it will save a lot of headache.

As far as I know, the featured artist and debut items don't need it. I've alerted Daz and they should be removing the disclaimer on debut.
Can you show me your cart and which coupon? I just tried both my premier coupons and they work.

I've sent an inquiry because I see what you're trying to do, so asking if there's another exclusion that is perhaps not there that should be or does it need fixing.
They are both Outlets items and are not eligible to any other discount, including tokens and coupons.

It’s really quite difficult to find something eligible for the $10 coupon.
Just filter with Daz Original. You should find plenty.
ReadMe "Export to PDF" isn't working for me today.
I can get into the ReadMe OK (unlike some days last month) but the export function just re-displays the page.
(I like to download the ReadMes because my Daz Studio PC is offline, so I can't just click the help from inside DS to access them)
ETA: I've tried both Chrome and Edge browsers, they both do the same thing (i.e. nothing)

Hi all. I was just wondering if anyone else is having issues with the new sale - Get an extra 20% off* any from your Wishlist, PLUS an extra 20% off* with any "Lagoon" New Release. I know that the wishlist condition is any item prior to January 9th and that everything has to be in the cart at the same time for the discount to apply. I am adding items with the new Lagoon release in the cart from my wishlist items added months ago, and I am not getting any further discount when I check the cart. The base discount for the item is showing, but that's it. The sale discount is not being added.
Anyone else seeing this?
