    This was fixed a little while later, I believe. With luck the lack of further reports means the fix worked.

    In this case, the bottom line was that the shopping cart, which had been painstakingly put together this morning, suddenly and without warning shot up by about 30% in the middle of the sale day.
    As I said, this has happened more often recently, and as a result, the inclined customer has once again wasted their time and is left empty-handed.
    I can't explain why DAZ treats its customers this way, but (at least for me) it's just becoming less and less enjoyable, and I personally feel more and more strongly that I really have better things to do with my time...

    Are Tokens not working with the Coupon codes?

    I have 2 leftover tokens. Everything is set, I see the price, I apply the Coupon code, and BAM the price goes up, I don't see the possibility to apply tokens anymore.

    ??? What's happening ???

    The problem with tokens and codes:

    If you would make your cart 0$ with tokens and $6.00 / $10.00 off Daz Originals, then the tokens DO NOT apply to the cart!!

    I can corroborate Xellosz report. DO coupon does not work with tokens if the total is Zero.

    Coupon works ok, even with total being Zero if there are no tokens.

    Both work ok if more than Zero after tokens and coupon.

    I am not following the issue - are you saying that if the tokens reduce the price to less than the coupon value, so that the final cost would be $0, then the tokens fail to apply with the coupon applied? Or is it an ordering issue - the coupon is subtracted, then the token discount is aplied (which in effect reduces the coupon value by the token discount)?

    The order does not seem to matter. If you apply coupon first, when you try to apply tokens that would make your cart go to $0 the tokens are ignored and disabled.

For example if an order initially costs $8.55, then with 8 tokens it costs $5.99, abnd if I now apply the $6 off coupon the result should zero; but instead the tokens are automaticlly removed and it costs $2.56.

    OK, I see now - the images weren't really explaining it for me.

    Not getting 70% off with 5 or more "Mega" Artists Stores, but the new Mega release does get the extra 30% with five or more "Mega" Artists Stores items. "Mega" Artists Stores items max out at 72% off (0.4 * 0.7 = 0.28, or 72%), should be (0.3 * 0.7) =  0.21, or 79% off)

    It matches my render exactly assuming that the garment is being offered in the store...  The name tag and medal are exactly the same.

    He also briefly had it for sale on his own website, and I bought it there. But I guess he decided he'd make more money here.

    The error is still alive.

    I put some Quick-Grab in my cart, so the problem is temporarily solved for me. ( You have to pay something so you can use tokens and the coupon at the same time. This is a temp solution till they come up with something.)

     

    ps: Now I can finally test it for free (with the coupon), if the Commercial Center + add-on is really so memory-hugging and etc...   devil (at low settings it doesn't have a bad time)

    bug: XI CC 30 Commercial Plaza, etc... is not listed as items, props. Many items are missing from Smart Content tabs. (You could only load them as the whole scene)

     

    ps2: FAB or Unity has a rule that no product over X GB should be in the store, because at that size, products have 0 optimization. It just makes a bad user experience when you buy a good-looking product, and you can't use it because it's a mess.

    The Daz+ Flash Sale on main store page carousel doesn't link to anything. When its Shop Now button is clicked, the main page just reloads. No, it isn't going to a main page with Show Only Daz+ checked.

    The Wendy new releases list contains the Wendy 9 HD Add-On Bundle, when that is added to the cart, the price of the character bundle does not decrease

    The store is currently counting the bundles as their own extra, so you are getting thee xtra 20% immediately.

    Well, Wendy 9 Character Bundle is not in the free section so I cannot apply my free character bundle coupon. Hope that gets fixed soon.

    Yep, this seems to be a constant problem. Happens every time there is a new character bundle. You would think they would have fixed this problem by now. - Jason
