Another botched sale. I have in cart 2 Lagoon items. I clicked the wishlist link to get an extra 20% off and am not getting 20% off most items. Thinking DAZ needs to be accountable. Have screenshots of sales that worked than failed in same day. Getting really irritated with this. Trying hard/struggling to not to file a report. They need to address these issues not ignore them. Tired of taking screenshots of sales errors that have occurred since late December 2025 and ignoring such seems seem to be the new mode of operation but an unacceptable mode of operation. I do not blame the mods who are excellent and work feverishly to do damage control. I blame marketing and DAZ.
Trying to reply, but I'm also having issues leaving any replies to comments - I sent you a message Richard with the image showing my cart - there is a good chance that also didn't work though due to the error I keep receiving when I try to reply to anyone :( I have raised that issue to support.
I figured out that the extra discounts for Wishlisted and Lagoon new release only applies to a product within the three "Years in Review" categories. I now notice if you review the links that lists the products in each "Years in Review" category where is now a "Only Wishlisted" filter. If you click that filter and see any products listed, it will be these products what will receive the additional discounts. It made sense when you see those extra discount offers when you go to each of the "Years in Review" category and view those products.

Extra 20%/30% on todays new releases not working.

Anyone else with swirlies? Which device and browser and have you tried others? Everything swirls for me, but Frank's Daz resolves on Chrome. My Chrome swirls.
^I'm seeing swirlies and no new releases (sales page seems half loaded but reloading doesn't help). Brave browser on Mint.
Edit: Same issue on Firefox (not logged in there if that makes a difference).
Win11. Swirlies both in Edge and Opera. Wiping cookies makes no difference.

They are swirling for me on every browser except Chrome. I even cleared my cache for Daz and they are still loading. Very weird
I'm not having this issue. Site loads just fine. Chrome, win11, US east coast.

Daz are presently looking into it.
Swirlies using Firefox on Windows 11. Store loads normally with Brave (Chromium browser) on the same computer.

Let us know if anyone is still having issues. First, try a hard refresh, and then if that doesn't work, add a ? at the end of the URL and see if that works
Until just now, the items in my shopping cart (with an initial value of 67% and 68% respectively) were at 93%, now suddenly they're only at 90%... Has something actually been reduced, meaning have I once again wasted my time?
It isn't applying the one discount properly, and they are working on that now.

This was fixed a little while later, I believe. With luck the lack of further reports means the fix worked.
Thanks, Lindsey and others! I did manage to figure this out eventually, so this was NOT a Daz problem but a "still being half-asleep" problem :) All good now.
