Are the premier codes going to be fixed today?
Premier codes not working.
My premier membership runs out after today and I don't plan on renewing it for now. If this isn't fixed today, will support help me to get my character bundle at least?

I remember that old forum joke; a DAZ Soon™ means sometime between now and the end of the universe — maybe. Perhaps they are going to fix this coupon problem DAZ Soon™...
As a software developer, I don't understand how they are broken. A coupon system is a very basic feature of e-Commerce platforms.
I would be very (pleasantly) surprised if Daz honored the coupons for those of us who were still members at the start of the month, but who’s subscriptions end before the coupons are working again. I’ve cancelled my subscription/membership now. I would like to hope that they’ll stick to their commitments to paying customers, but my optimism on that front is rapidly dwindling over the past few days here.
Even if they do provide us with working coupons, I won’t be able to get what I had lined up in my cart for the $10 DO coupon yesterday, given that the member discount, and other sales discounts, will no longer apply to my account.
Given the apparent frequency (and increasing extent) of the technical problems Daz has with their member coupons, if I ever sign up again in future, I’ll avoid doing it on the first few days of the month again.
Please open a support ticket - though I imagine a response may take a bit longer than usual
I take it the answer is, "no, coupon codes will also not be working today". I'd say it's a bad look but, we're way beyond that.
True, and Renderosity's store proves that it can be done nearly flawlessly... That said, we're talking apples and oranges, and whoever sets up the DAZ store has to deal with all sorts of variable contingencies and factors that may change on a daily basis, depending on what crazy promotions the marketing team has come up with, so besides daily coupons that only work for 24 hours, a coupon may or may not be supposed to work depending on whether the customer is DAZ+, Premire, or base, whether they already own certain products, if the item is in a wishlist, comes from specific vendors, etc., etc. The more bells and whistles you add, the more chance there is for something to gum up the gears, and clearly something wasn't working properly with more than just the coupon system starting yesterday when not only the prime coupons but also the tokens and some of the daily coupons weren't functioning.
I've been taking this all too seriously. I lost track of how much I spent.
I get tired just trying to render everything.
I refuse to waste any more emotional energy on all the things that are going wrong.
Time to treat myself to new clothes. I lost enough weight that I went down from 4XL to 3XL.
I gotta impress my neighbor ladies. For some reason they find me attractive. I'm 75, and one of the youngest people here.
Of course our oldest was 102 years old.
Just like a premium European car - more moving parts means more stuff to fix.
And who made all these moving parts that Daz can't handle? Why Daz themselves, of course.
Except that there are web sites far more complicated than the DAZ site that go wrong far less often.
I tried something similar with a different product than the hair.
Both your item and the one I was trying to buy are classified as "New".
If you check the Toyen products that appear under Store Wide Featured Artists only non-new products appear. (And other artists for that matter.)

A simple, we are sorry for the inconvience, we are working on the problem would have gone a long way here.
I'm definitely cancelling over this. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund for the month I was just billed. Funny, they never have any issues pulling their money out on time every month, but working sales and coupon codes, pshh...
They are indeed sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry if in our responses, I, or the other mods, did not say that. We're often dealing with a lot of things so things may get overlooked. There is still no ETA on the coupons. We will, however, take any reports on the sale of the day and pass those on to Daz.
All new and still new have 72% discount.

IMHO Daz ought to be saying it directly to the customer base for stuff like that, not making you folk the go-betweens. You mods (collective) are straight up superheroes. <3
