    Are you sure those were Still New yesterday? They seem to be  at least a couple of days outside the cut off today.

    Does anybody else have the problem with purchased items (in product library and downloaded)  not showing up as bought in the shop? It's been now several days and always having to double check is no fun... Using Firefox.

    Have you tried clearing cookies and cache?

    No they were on the "Still New" page. As you can see from the attachment.

    No they were on the "Still New" page. As you can see from the attachment.

    In that case all I can suggest is a sals support ticket, attaching the screenshot.

    The Doorbuster sale for today doesn't seem to be applying properly. It says you get 10% off your cart and 20% extra off Doorbusters (if you have 2 or more Doorbusters in cart). If I put 2 Doorbusters in my cart, they show mostly correctly at 76% (70% Slacker discount plus 20% because there are 2 Doorbusters), but that percentage should be higher due to the 10% off the entire cart. They haven't hit any minimum price amount and I've tried it with different combinations of 2, so it's not the specific ones I chose. Also, if I add a 3rd Doorbuster to my cart then it doesn't get the 20% extra and sits at the base 70%. I'm also not getting the 10% off my cart at all on anything; if i add something to my cart without Doorbusters or with the 2 Doorbusters, I get the exact same discount.

    To sum up - the only thing I can see working is the 20% off with 2 Doorbusters, but it is only applying to the first 2 Doorbusters and not to all Doorbusters you put in your cart. And the other part of the sale (10% off entire cart) doesn't seem to work for anything.

    Can you explain a bit more? What link are you using and what are you expecting to see?

    Erm, well I just figured going by the title it would lead to a section that just had a sale on lingerie specific items but it's just a list of the normal doorbuster, still new etc? I'm clicking on the main banner and I just thought that somewhere on that page there would be a button for just lingerie but maybe it's just a catchy name for the sale and doesn't mean there is only a lingerie page?

    It's not really an issue, there are some lingerie items dotted around the various links from that page, the name just seemed to suggest there might be a special sale just on lingerie.

    Like the recent sales of horror and halloween for example just listed items in that category.

    Many times a title will allude a main item in the sale or be a theme for some or most of the items in the sale. Often, however, there will be items that do not follow the theme.

    As for the doorbusters, the copy has been corrected to reflect the rule that was written. That is that you get 20% extra on 2 doorbusters and then 10% off the rest of your cart. We have, however, sent an inquiry to be sure.

    Well... They were (seemingly) buyable --> They're in my Product Library and there's a download button and file-size (I can even get an interactive licence for them cheeky)

    I get the correct Premier discount on my trial cart. though it doesn't see to stack with other discounts.

    They were wrong earlier bu Jack was able to correct them, if you are still seeing the wrong labels try a forced refresh of the page.
