    You need to have a doorbuster in cart to get those sales prices listed. They will work on getting the text fixed.

    if you go to the link from the email, it even takes you to a differently worded webpage, where it does in fact say 2 free items as well:

    Hi there,

     

    The premier coupon does not work on Daz Originals. I selected older items that do not fall into fastgrabs or any other discounted category (daz+ etc) and it will still not recognize the coupon. I made sure there is no space before or after the wording and tried copy and pasting the word as well. No luck. Tried over 30 different items and will not let me use it. Can someone check this please. :) Appreciated.

    You're very close to the end of the month and those coupons tend to stop working a few hours too early. May be worth grabbing a screenshot of your cart and contacting support. I don't know where you are in the world, but the coupons should still work up until 6am GMT at this time of the year (midnight where Daz are).

    Not quite. Two free items per cart. If you did two separate carts, each with a doorbuster, you could have put two free items in each cart. It doesn't always work like this, but it usually does when there's no coupon needed.

    Can you be more specific? Are you looking at the bundles from the link provided? Is it a specific bundle? Is it in your cart?

    11_25PREMIER is not working for Carter 9 and Kayla 9 bundles. (Per the details, the coupon should not exclude new releases and both items are Daz Originals.)

    Hmm, 11_25CHAR-BUNDLE also doesn't work for Carter 9 which is in the Premier selection, so both coupons appear to be broken.

    11_25SAVE10 also doesn't work on a cart that qualifies. I think it's safe to say the coupons for November haven't activated yet...

    The outlet store hasn't properly updated for the new month. The old items have been removed, but the new items haven't been added. (It shows only the 12 items that are always part of the selection.)

    i just tried it and it still came up invalid with the 11save coupon. have not tried the DO coupon yet

    well, its now another 2 hours and the coupons do not work. Cart clearing time. 

    I just tried again using MS Edge--not working oupon. Tried Firefox- Does not work. I think I must have save too much last month so DAZ doesn;t want me to save anything this month.

    I gave up on that coupon early this morning. Never used it last month either. Pity, a PA whose product is new in the sale today has a product that is referenced in it that I might have bought and is now losing out.

    So, the coupon that is good on New, non Daz+, Daz Originals did work when we tested it, but the one that is good on almost anything that isn't new, subject to a minimum cart balance, isn't working. Daz is looking at this again.
