Question... Is anyone else experiencing the gallery entry thumbnails not showing up anymore? I like to see what people are making with a product (especially if the promos don't show something I want a better look at), but the previews are showing as broken images now. It's been this way for awhile, maybe a few months. The links still work, at least, but not the thumbnails. Is it just me?
EDIT: I see some other people have mentioned this, I'm sorry, I did a forum search and didn't see the posts. X| I gather it's an ongoing problem, then.
Yeah, the image locations have been changed, so we can't directly reference them. We've come up with a workaround, but need to implement it still.
What do I do to make the add-on in Chrome read that I have subscription? It was renewed yesterday.
I tried to go into the addon in email notifications and make a change and save, but it still not list me as Pro.
It works in Firefox.
It solved itself during the day.
If you've used that browser before the subscription, it caches your data for a couple of hours. Once that cache clears, it will see you correctly.

I'm a pro subscriber, and the "Sort by % off" feature doesn't work for me. Is there a way I can fix it?

Make sure you have the correct email/passcode pair entered in your browser, and that your network traffic is not blocked by a firewall software in the background (this feature needs extra information from our server to function). If all else fails, remove and reintall the addon with the same email/passcode pair.
For me, and everything else as Pro is working (I think) when I sort by % off, some are at high procentage off, but it is mixed with medium and no percentage off. I thought that Daz had did something to mess it up.
I've never seen "sort by % off" work. If I used it, the first page was always a mix of things that have like 30% off, stuff that's 60 or 80% off, as well as some things that aren't even discounted at all

The issue with the %Off sort feature not working for many Pro subscribers (myself included) has been discussed before. In my case, it worked fine for some time at the beginning, after I became a Pro subscriber. But one day, it stopped doing its work. I don't think there's something I can do on my end to fix that. As I said, one day started to misbehave for no apparent reason. What puzzles me the most is that there are people for whom this feature keeps working just fine.
I'm attaching a screenshot where you can see what I get in my wishlist page when I sort by % Off, for example.
The way it works is you shouldn't see any percentage displayed for the outlet items (which are the highest percentage off, but it's not shown in the store), and then the high discounts (that are at a lower discount than the outlet items, but the discount here is now shown) to low discounts and finally no discounts.
I'll let @Overdrawn know that some of you are having issues with this. For me it works as it should, so it's not a general issue.
It doesn't work for me either and hasn't done for ages, so it's not an isolated issue. I'm using Firefox on one machine and Edge on another, both Windows 11.
FWIW, % Off sorting has never worked correctly for me. The sorting seems basically random. I use Brave browser on MacOS Sequoia, with “Brave Shields” turned OFF. See the attached screenshot, in which 60% off, 74% off, and outlet items sort without any obvious pattern.

Hi, when you click the "Join" button under the $5/month option, it will allow you to select the $50/year as well.
AFAIK, it renews automatically unless you cancel it, you used a temporary card, the card expires, etc.
Over the coming days/weeks, I will be transitioning the notification emails to a new sender email address. Instead of a personal account, they will be sent from a central dazdeals email address. I will be doing the transitioning one type of email at a time to see if there are any errors with it.
What this means for you:
- The sender of the email will be different. The email itself will remain the same, it will simply come from a different sender address.
- During the transitioning period, you will get some emails from the old (extsting) address, some from the new address, until eventually all of them will be coming from the new address.
- If you have any filters or whitelists set up, you may beed to add our new address to them.

I got the first email from DazDeals today. Thanks for the notice so I knew to watch for it. I have it whitelisted and have my email filters updated.
I like the Cart view that DAZ Deals provides, including which items are on my wishlist and what the lowest recent price is.
But, the Cart view breaks when DAZ inserts the warning message box at the top of the screen in the last hour of the day. Can you update the parser to skip this box, so that the Cart view ALWAYS works?
The Cart view sometimes works and sometimes is broken. I have seen it working when the one-hour "Deals Expiring" box gets shown by DAZ. So, I guess my request is "please make it work all the time" and the "Deals Expiring" box might just be a coincidence.
I've pinged @Overdrawn on this issue.
Is there anyway to fix the "total spent"? This number has been screwed up for me ever since Daz gave away those Yellow tokens. They basically added a new type of currency to the mix so the calculation is no longer working. Seems like it should be easy to just filter out those Yellow tokens so they are not added to the total.
I used to shop from a computer that is almost dead and I purchased a new computer. The problem is that now, my "hidden" items are no longer hidden on the new browser.
I finally succeeded to extract a list of the URLs of these items from my old browser with several scripts, and I intended to re-hide the items manually on my new browser. But maybe there is a simpler solution.
If this is important, I use firefox on a linux box.
Hi I appreciate this browser ad-on and had used it for a long time. I was disappointed when it went pro as that happen to coenside with my not purchasing much anymore on the daz site. I really only want the one feature which is the toggle to look only at my purchased product. I recall how great it was to be able to sort through my Products with out having to look through all the skimp ware etc... is that feature still existing and functional currently? any possiblity of buying that one feature? I might be willing to do multiple years at a lesser price. No disrespect I think the whole extention is cool I just no longer do the feeding frenzy of daz stuff; I want to use what I have.

that feature still exists both as a shop page filter, and as a product library upgrade.
Well that is a great point! I guess I knew about that product library upgrade at some point but now that you bring it up in this context I can see its worth another look for organizing and sorting.
Its the shop page filter that I had found so very useful on a daily basis. Just for example, to be able to select tools and plugins and instantly be able to look at only the tools I have purchased is so great. I will see if I can make do with the other.
I just recently restored from a WIndows 10 Pro image from February... and while I think it updated to the newest Chrome version of the Deals pluggin... suddenly it's not working... and when I go to look at the Opera Extensions window, it looks strange, with "service worker: inactive" showing for it. Also, when I go to click the Options button on it, I get "Your file couldn't be accessed." What's going on here?

Removed and then reinstalled the Extension and now it's working again, but I then had to reinsert my email and password info for it.
If you remove the extension from your browser, the browser should delete that data, so it's normal that you have to enter it again after a fresh install.
