I'm considering it still my birthday... little dude has migrated his sleep schedule so midnight partway through his awake cycle again, so I figure this means I get TWO birthdays.... Sunday-Monday and Monday-Tuesday. (Has to be some benefit, right?)
But thank you, and to the others who have posted happy wishes. :)
Happy Birthday SilverGirl. Since today is my birthday if you extended yours then we share the same birthday.
Happy Birthday to SilverGirl and Charlie Judge.
Woot! Birthday buddy!
Flash sale tile up - 60% off selected artists, or 70% w/ new release over $1
So there were 3 flash-sale items on my WL... with a handful and a half of tokens got them for 83% discount (couldn't make stacking with D4aD or Doorbuster etc work <-- bit weird).
I'm also just a little bit puzzled what "the other" seemingly PA sale is all about!?
(12000 items is tooooooooooooooooo many to wade through!)
Anyway... That was absolutely the last use of my ANNUAL store-credit budget in this sale... honestly! Hhmmm...
Happy Birthday to SilverGirl and Charlie Judge
...Happy B'day SilverGirl.
12-hour flash sale tile up
Looks worthwhile if there's anytthing you need in there; 4700+ items, about a quarter of which are DOs and almost none D+. For G8-era items, I'm seeing between 92% and 98% for the various initial discount levels, with 5+ items in the cart and 8 tokens. For poses at 60% off, it doesn't quite beat the pose set blowout prices from a couple of days ago, but the sale is well worth a look in general.
I don't have any wishlisted stuff in it, but at those discount levels I may comb through to see what I can get.
Thank you for posting this. I would have missed the sale.
the new Flash sale seems atractive but then paged through a ton, put 6 in cart for max discount, and then asked myself, why , when I've passed these by so many times. See, and old guy can learn.
I initially added 5 Daz Originals to my cart from the flash sale. Without tokens, they were getting discounted by 87%. Then, I also added one cheap new release to my cart. With that, the discount increased from 87% off to 90% off. Now, if I apply 8 tokens, I'm getting very good discounts indeed.
Oh heck, didn't think of adding a new release.
Ah well. The pose sale gave me an absurd number of tokens, so I fiddled around until I got one cart to 44 cents above the trigger for the DO coupon, then went back and made another cart for the PA coupon, which has often gone to waste for me lately. I probably could've put more in that one than I did, but I kicked out some things I was on the fence about. I figure I have enough new toys this week that things can wait for another day if I'm not sure. Might end up deciding I don't ned them after all, which is an even bigger discount.
I can relate. It's a really nice sale, but I can't find 5 items that would interest me enough to pay the price. Ever since my mindset switched to "do I need it?" I'm not easily enthralled.
Ah yes - I did have new stuff in my cart when I first started tinkering with this sale.
As of 11:19pm PST - DAZ+ Deals of the Day: JMR dForce Artur Sportswear for Genesis 9 and 8 Male and dForce LV Emo Style Outfit for Genesis 9 aren't coming up the correct prices in my cart.
Reporting a problem has to be made in that discussion:

I am not sure of the definition of "basement" in this https://www.daz3d.com/fg-luxury-basement
Maybe it's a house built on a hill, so the first floor is one floor over what's called the basement and the basement can have windows.
But who knows.
I'm also not sure if a ping pong table is such a great idea with a TV in the direct 'line of sight' of the table: it's a recipe for a remake of the Wii Home shopping incident
...flash sale looks nice (as i have a couple of the recent Stonemason items that just came off of "New" status) but totally out of funds until next week Tuesday.
The other night, just for fun, when in the Outlet Store, I clicked on "Only show items owned". and I was surprised to see a number of rather expensive ones for 1.99 and even 0.99.that I bought in previous months and years.
Lots of basements around here with walk-out patio doors, even in the "peasant class" townhome development I live in. Not even built on a hill (or at least, not what I think of when I think of a hill); they're just split-entry.
incline is probably the term
easier than building retaining walls
or in Queensland it's the bit under the stilts that gets flooded
Do I need the stuff I buy? Probably not, but as an adult, you could spend a lot of money on things you don't need but you wanted as a kid.
Not really, in this case. It's a sort of an artificial earth-mound built up around the front of the house and half-up the side of the units that don't have them. Like, my driveway's not quite flat, but it's close to it.
Around here, anyway. A lot of the houses that back up to the lakes have walk-outs, and those are in genuine hills.
I'm almost out of store credit. We need a good gift card sale please.
I've run out too, but seeing that none of my coveted WL items is on sale today, I can wait for a bit. I've an uncanny feeling there are more catch-up sales in the pipeline ...
Is it just me or is none of the artists in the new flash sale selection getting any discount? I'm not seeing them on the page, and they're not appearing either when adding things test-wise to the cart ...
I suppose it's official then: The sale never got good. Shame - past sales would sometimes pick up a bit of steam after lackluster starts. The "$1.99 minimum" hurt this one quite a bit - without it I'd have probably carted dozens of Daz+ items. These really weren't discounted to the degree one might expect for a sale that's supposed to be all about that program. $1.99 just isn't a very attractive price for many Daz+ items that would've been part of build-your-own-bundle style deals in the past.
