I got a few $2.99 pa items in my cart. They're still $2.99.

There is a price floor of 2.99 after discount (at least most discounts because some can break it, like tokens or coupons).

That's a high floor for some very old items! Some of that shouldn't even be a buck, based on sale prices from years past (even last year, and especially the year before). Don't have any tokens or coupons, so that's not an issue. They are helping me control my spending.

I don't see any discounts on the Carasol of artists, I am going out for the day soon, so I guess I save 100% by not buying anything surprise

I've now spent both of my July coupons, used a decent chunk of my tokens gained during the pose-a-palooza, have a slightly smaller wishlist, and am pleased with my scores. I can now proceed to not give a fig about the sales for the rest of the month, although of course I wouldn't turn down being pleasantlly surprised.

Got EM3D's Kohl and Padma for under $4 each, and I consider it a very good price for both. Plus some other items, but in general, I was frugal with my spending.

...well, made my final purchases today.

The first Sloshworks. ColorWerks 3: Dye Another Day Iray Hair Shaders (who needs to buy hair textures with tools like this?) and Arid Valley by 3DLab.on which I used my July coupon.

The second (which was a real haul)   LIE Make-Up Set for Genesis 8 Female by Neikdian, teh lovely dForce Vernea Fae Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s by Sloshworks, and the big surprise the  Teen Josie 8 Pro Bundle (of which I only had two items and got credit for that) which lists for 135.95.USD.  Now that is my kind of bundle deal

Basically I needed to use up what tokens  I h ad left (basically 2, one of which I got for the first purchase) .and my July coupons before the sales become "meh" again and my long-time Platinum Club/Daz+  membership expires.

In total I spent 17.30 for about 232 USD worth of content

So my work here is done. It's been fun been fun, it's been real over these last 18 years but economics unfortunately wins out.   I'll still hang around on the forums and post new stuff to my gallery (getting a little dusty in there) but my purchasing will be extremely limited unless they update the Outlet store with new items.

I think I have enough content to keep me busy for a while.

I'm glad you closed out this season of your Daz-life with something of a bang, and I'm glad you'll still be around. I hope money things get easier for you in the near future.

.,,thank you .At least I made a clean break and got things I actually needed and wanted . Still have things on the wishlist but they'll likely be gathering "digital dust"   unless a really, really good sale comes along (already have about a third of a wishlist page with items listed as "inactive")..

I actually lost about 7 tokens over the last week as I couldn't buy anything on Monday or Tuesday to use some and replenish them since I was literally flat broke until my pension deposit came in.

Short of even a small "windfall" it will continue to be a struggle as I'm on a fixed government pension that only sees a paltry increase once a year. I seriously need to upgrade my 13 year old system but that is not in the cards right now or the foreseeable future.

Yeah after 18 years, Daz has sort of become my home and "family" so to say.

I often wish I could just stop, but am so addicted to this stuff. I'm living on SS, so I know what it means to be on fixd income. There's always another sale and that pull needs to be overcome. It's not easy to do. Congrats. yes I've made it 7 days this month with only 1 purchase though. laugh

I'm not exactly out of store credit, but I don't have much left either. Yep, a nice gift card sale would be most welcome by me as well.

I'm out of store credit. I cleared out half my wishlist on Friday.

I have been out of credit for a few days now, so I missed the 4th July sale. It is a good way to control the spending, but now would be a good time for a decent gift card sale. Seems ages since the last one.

    +1

Me Too - I've been hoping for a good one for a couple of weeks now.

I had to sit out the Daz+ and July 4 sales. With no banked tokens, the buy-in was always too high for building occasional small carts. Saved some money though! :)

Flash sale panel up on the carousel

  • It wasn't a good weekend for me Daz wise. I had a couple things from the first set in my cart - and just got confused on the changeover time. The rest of the sets? Parts weren't working right and things that were, I just didn't want. Oh well. I shall see if next week is better.

  • Well, with two coupons a new item (gold chests), a Daz + membership, and the chicken discount, you can pick up some G8 figures cheap. I can never have enough Moussou figures and these seem to be DO and Moussou. 90% off is where I try to draw the line. Of course I fail all the time.

And I've run out of store credit to buy anything with.  I was really hoping for a good gift card sale before we get a new character (which might be tomorrow).

Very cool! Glad it worked out for you!

There were a couple things I considered, but ultimately at this point I'm saving up for the PA sale. Pretty easy to do, though, since that Wayfinder Sign set has me all excited to try actually putting together some of my graphic novel ideas, now that my characters can actually have a voice.

    Same here.
Also unrelated and apologies if I missed it but what happened to the monthly / weekly freebies or are they hidden away somewhere?

They should be visible at the bottom of the page:

RENDER2 coupon works, but RENDER3 doesn't. Small print in the footnote says that RENDER2 can only be used once. Nothing is said about RENDER3, which theoretically means it can be used more than once, but since it doesn't work at all, you can't try using it several times.

    Correct. No limit on RENDER3
