Okay, everyone can thank me later.... I finally caved and got the Daz housecat with part of that $3 free coupon, thinking maybe if I just kept it facing away from the camera I could still use it as background stuff.
...which means surely an updated, actual-good-looking feline will be releasing soon. In fact, it'll probably be AM doing it up like the bunnies.
It's like taking the winter emergency kit and the ice scraper out of your car before June, right?

Splitting hairs! A shield + skimpwear != and !== heavy armor. Anyway, might buy it someday for the sword and shield, but definitely not today. Truth is, already have plenty of light and heavy armor, almost all of it leaves vital areas exposed so it can be sexy, too. Madness! Putting together a fully protective kit involved taking pieces from several armor outfits.

It does contain some armor just not much, shield, steel gauntlet, and, vambrace

A number of items in the Recent Red Hot Artists sale are listed at full cost and don 't have the "x%" off flag on them. You have to put item in your cart to see the actual discounted price which makes shopping more cumbersome.
...a sword and scale mail bikini got Red Sonja through many a battle to tell about it later. She didn't even need the shield.
Nice coupon: Five of the $1.99 items plus five of the $0.99 items together are $10 exactly after the bulk discount and the coupon. And that earns two tokens (Tuesday) as a bonus.
...day 3 and another G9 item (dForce strand based hair) as the D+FaD item. Can't we get a few props and sets?
The "Door Buster" item is also more G9 hair content but with Omni colours (which don't work in 4.21).
Making it really difficult for some of us long-time PC/Daz+ veterans to get any decent discounts.
Almost feel like cancelling the remainder of my annual membership as so far this sale is a total bust.
And for "heavy armour" - the shield looks heavy enough to be utterly useless under combat conditions
my verdict on Outlet Store. - considering it appears the outlet store does not change, I would rather have the Lightning Deals and Fast Grab sales. I have purchased 10 products from outlet on May 16th, I'm pretty much exhausted my possibilities on that old stuff in Outlet Store. I got that 3 buck off coupon and looked through all the pages and then decided I don;t need or want anything from that store.
The current Sale, I think for members. When does the sale start? Its like one item a day...or if I was a memeber I would see a lot better discounts? Its like the d+FAD deals...I just realized these are not DAZ+ items all the time. There hasn't been a single DAZ+ item discounted more than normal
Pretty sure the real protection there is called plot armor.
I still have several more items to buy, so still good for me. Beyond that, I've already written that rotating in some fresh items would be wonderful.
I did manage to rummage up a few items to use that outlet store coupon on - I ended up spending a dollar to get five older but interesting .99 cent environments that I could retexture and tinker with for the price - but I have pretty much exhausted the "reasonable wants" much less needs from the current set of Outlet products. Hoping they bring in a new bunch of items soon. I could continue to pick up a thing or two as needed to reach a token level or use up a coupon like that, but there's no more stuff in there that I need to shop for.
Speaking for myself, I think I've bought one thing from Fast Grab in the 4+ years I've been around - unstackable 70% off doesn't interest me unless it was just released like yesterday - but I did occasionally get something cool from Lightning Deals, which did include the occasional G9-era item. Since I'm not using G8 or earlier characters, shapes or mats, a lot of what's in the outlet store is not useful for me, so while I still prefer it over the Fast Grab and LD, it would be good for it to rotate at least once or twice a month.
...so is there anyway to get a standard store page for the 2$ Hairs ? Much easier to view the selection than the sideways scrolling thingy.

Yeah I think it's only that very small collection that they, for some reason, doesn't want us to view in a standard page. I like being able to use a filter, but I guess we don't need one with 9 products (none of which I have yet to buy, even for the 2 dollas)

$5.97 - $3 coupon for two (more) of Ron's lovely brushes and an "Emitter Thingy" which might be useful (or might not)

84% off a couple of been-on-for-ages wishlist items, a door-buster from an artist whose entrables I have many already, a set of poses I won't use (much) but do now have a D4AD thingy and the Iray Cinematic Cameras most of which I can DIY but for $7 with a couple of tokens (which I got back from the order) then why not see if it makes some setups a bit quicker (and whether the HDRI-maker produces useable backgrounds).

AFAIK, the two emailed Outlet coupons work on any level of "membership" (incl Base), for any number of outlet items (obviously 1 coupon per order... so do two orders)
