Got what I wanted, too. There are a few things dangling on my WL... not sure if I actually want them or not, but if there's something random that needs an outlet buy-in, I won't have to go looking. If they drop off without getting purchased, no loss.

Now I get to catalog & play with my toys for a while.

Honestly, I think there are new ones already. At least, there's some I didn't see in the last 15 times I scrolled through over the week. It's not going to be my favourite way of knowing things are new if I'm right.

  • I hope many of the items remain into June. New tires had to be bought.

It almost makes you want an extra 2 wishlists.. Some stuff you'd like, but only if it drops to a 'Legacy Outlet' price, and other stuff you're happy to pay the 'Recent Outlet' price. It would be nice to keep a long term track of those items without clogging up your usual wishlist. Then you can also keep track of a few items that may drop from the outlet & then return later.

Anyway, I have actually handed over good money today that I wouldn't have done without the outlet. Ho hum. Wallet's hurting.

    Regards,

    Richard

This could be true. I also see items I have not noticed on previous spins through the lot.

The churn seems slow enough that you should be in luck. Real life is a pain sometimes!

It's difficult to tell whether there are new items or not. The number of items that I don't own hasn't changed, and as I already around around 25% of all the items, I'm going to assume the items haven't changed either. Statistically, I'd expect that number to change on a rotation. Doesn't mean they haven't, though!

I don't see any new items.

Every time I refresh the outlet store, I see the same first item and the same last item on the first page. If there are new items being added, there haven't been many, and they're probably older ones.

Unless they are swapping out items, which I doubt, then the total number of items has been 1658 as of May 19.

Could be like a library sale where there's just a lot of stuff and some of it remains unnoticed until later. IDK, but some of the stuff in the mix is new to me - I don't recall seeing so many outfit textures and the dinosaur bundle might have been there, but I don't recall it.

I suppose someone would have to do something obsessive to track the sale items and to know for sure whether items are changing. I'm not doing that!

I made use of the advanced Daz Deals plugin to hide store pages I have no interest in - it took a while - but I now have 17 blank pages reflecting the 1017 items I don't have any use for. I'll be checking the Outlet Store once a week to see if anything crops up; personally, I expect the changes to be once a month.

I'm also using Daz Deals, but all I'm doing is watching out for any notifications of things dropping to their lowest price in the last year (which they probably will be if they're in the Outlet Store) . So far, the only email I've received showing things dropping to those prices has been the one I got when the OS launched. Nothing else has dropped to $1.99 or $3.99 in the last week or so

Sounds like a good solution to me.

So, it is perceptual, like a library sale - With so many items, we don't really see some of it until we really look. surprise

I totally appreciate the Outlet Store. One huge reason is the simplicity. No complicated formulas or steps to remember.

I am a bit confused because some items show at $3.99 and then they don't. I don't keep track of individual items, just the prices.

And I swear some items are less than $1.00?!

I probably only found 10 different items that I'll buy eventually. That's probably because I have fussy tastes?!

I won't buy anything till June... that's when I get paid again.

If you have a Daz+ or Premier subscription active, the most recent items will cost $1.99 (or $9 if you're buying five items priced $1.99) while the older will cost $0.99 (or $4 if you're buying five of them).

Without a subscription, items are respectively $3.99 ($18 when five are bought in the same order) and $1.99 ($8 when 5 etc.).

The only thing I don't like aboutthe  outlet store is that I lost lot of DAZ items I'd buy with my coupon XP:

The only thing I don't like about the outlet store is the effect it's having on my content budget. laugh And I'm pretty full up at the inn, but I guess it's ok. wink

I nearly stopped buying models here because Unreal, Unity, etc... bundles are much cheaper. Moreover, I can't use items from DAZ with AI, etc...

With the outlet store, I buy some things and work around problems.

I'm a hoarder, so nearly 10k here, 2-3k or more at Unreal, Unity, Blender, etc...

I have to say I'm thrilled with this "outlet store" set up.  I've gained allot of stuff I had in mind once upon a time and even some newer stuff.  I'm still working primarily with Genesis 8 Male so finding stuff to dress him in is quite nice for these greatly reduced prices.  I got a few environments too that I like.  Thanks DAZ!

Hey Rich! @RAMWolff, I bought all the Dekogon stuff upon release, but I noticed that a few of them are in the Outlet. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor, and pick these up, especially the ones converted by Polish.

Nothing new. So, 14th day period or the 1st day of the month....

I'm wondering if they are ever going to change the items.  Nothing new since the start of this sale.
