...yes, the shoes fit V4 very well (LilFlame's Ballet Boots for V4) - but these are really "HIGH-heels".
Meanwhile I've found a solution - it's not perfect and you'll have to tweak the shins a little bit when you pose G3 but nevertheless it's working.
M.
How did you manage to get such a good fitting of the shoes?
I haven't purchased this product yet but was wondering once you get an older V4 item fitted properly to G3 using Wear them all, , how do you save it with those settings so you don't have to fiddle everytime you wanted to use that item?
and shoe conformed to V7 on the right - heavily distorted.
Does anybody knows how to fix that issue?
Export the shoe as an obj, take into a modelling app, size/fit there...import shoe and rig as if a new item. That does have the disadvantage of removing any/all morphs, but does give a 'clean' shoe.
An 'in house' (no exports needed) sometimes works fix...playing around with the weight mapping...
But there are some that no matter what, aren't constructed in a way that will never give good results.
And a final 'workaround'....don't show that part of the shoe in a shot...

save it as a NEW figure asset. Something like File>Save as>support asset>figure. Then just use the new figure asset when needed.
For some reason, occasionally I have had this bust the UV's. So you may need to retreieve the old UV's from the original item and add it as a UV set for the new figure. But this is really random so it may not happen to you. I just know it has definatley happened to me a few times.
wear them all has worked pretty well for me so far, its a nice time saver. Came out early enough in the life cycle to be well worth the bucks now.
I'm still a little confused so any advice would be welcome while I have it in the cart before the sale ends.
I get that it says other legacy figures but does not include G2F because G2F is already included. However, I have just bought V7 and Zev0 Growing Up and am having problems fitting G2F clothes. Sometimes they just don't fit well (crumpled mesh) and other times they look fine until posed - then they can look horrible.
So the question I have is: will this improve the conversion of G2F clothes as well?
I have had Wear them all for a couple months, and have loved it... and then today suddenly it won't work at all. NO listing other than "unsupported" appear when I try to fit any older clothes to a G3 male or female, so the older clothes just won't fit. This is incredibly frustrating, and isn't the only issue I've had lately. I've been arguing with Tech Support over the pose converters for v4 to G2 and G2 to G3 cos they convert poses which then won't work at all. Then on top of all this, any time I have bought ANY hair or clothing for G3 males or females from Renderosity won't work, just appearring as boxes with tons of errors, which is why I got Wear them all to start with. I am getting quite angry over this crap and am thinking abpout going back to 3.2. If anyone has any suggestions it would be very appreciated. Thanks.
Could it be your CMS isn't running/working? Or your database may be corrupted and need resetting?
With the rendo stuff not working, it sounds like whatever products they are, are looking for files they cannot find. Which would be throwing all the errors - are they ones like "cannot find textures/whatever.jpg" etc? It may be useful to start a new post, showing screenshots etc of the errors so people can see if they can help.

My CMS and database are fine. I was told by someone on Vanishing Point that the clothing files likely got corrupted when I downloaded them... redownloading produced the same results. I guess I'll try making a thread for that. But I still have no idea why Wear them all isn't working.

I know this probably isn't your issue, but the only time I've ever had "Unsupported" show up like that was when I didn't actually have the target character selected when I added the clothing to the scene.

That's happened too, but this specifically happens when I try to fit any G2 to V4 clothes to G3 people. when Wear Them All worked, there would be the usual list of options to select the character the clothes were made for, and the clothing type. Now it's just "Unsupported".
There is no listing for Wear Them All in the Directory Manager, only all the stuff that is on my external drive in the Poser content. I have tried multiple uninstalls/reinstalls, and nothing.
I saved my genesis 3 female wearing V4 clothes with wear them all in daz 4.9, and it's fit perfectly. Now After I update to Daz 4.10, the model that I load wearing V4 clothes fit unperfectly.
Please help, what Should I do to make it fit again, I already tweak the model in a long time. I can't bear to do it again.

Could you elaborate more about it, please.

Good tips, mjc1016. Thanks.

This sounds to me like DazStudio "forgot" the content folder/ Runtime folder for Poser content ...
Did you take a look at you Content Directory Manager?

Wear them all is not "seen" in the Directory manager. The files are "hidden" in the directory where you installed them.
data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 3\Female\Morphs\VAlzheimer
And it should be the same directory where your Genesis3Female is installed. Maybe take a look?
Please help...
