dForce Angel Curvy Short Hair for Genesis 9 and 8 Female
dForce CHB Pleated Pants Outfit for Genesis 9 and 8 Female
V 30 Useful Poses for Genesis 9
Thank you so very much FirstBastion!
I really enjoyed working on this and am so glad when others enjoy the story too. Now I'm just hoping to get through all the parts in a reasonable time-frame.
SapphireBlue,
Lovely set of images! A modern day Thumbelina. I wonder what happens next ... hope to see more.
Cheers!
Thank you so much csaa!
Yes, a bit like a modern day Thumbelina indeed, without all the terrible tribulations thankfully. This is just going to be light and sweet. I'm glad to say the Princess has a good few inches on Thumbelina which will work well practically in part 2...
I forgot to share them here too, but I have a couple of recents renders, with products bought this month:
Dernière danse (Last Dance in English) with two renders (technically, a least one more, because the hairs send the memory consumption toward the outspace…). The first took 8 hours and I think the likely culprit is the hairs), the second was faster (less than 2h I would say). More information on the gallery (link on the title).
The Tooth Buster, a whimsimical ad for candy floss at a fair during Halloween (and yes, the name was inspired by the current Daz+ Anniversary sales
):
Double Standard (1), inspired by an exchange between Llola_lane and AOBB yesterday and I'll add, as a preface, that the clothes worn by the frozen woman are from a G8F and G8M set by @SickleYield, a set that is not part of the double standard this render is about (in other words, this freebie set is as revealing for women as it is for men).
Used a few items bought during the sales in here - dForce SU Summer Bikini, Gala Bob Hair and the blanket from Vicky Leisure Time. The other hair might be from the sales too, I don't remember.
Filament Render
I messed up the soundtrack but too lazy to fix and reupload
when I do a proper animation I will be fussier
Enjoying seeing all the renders again! I hope more join in with your new buys. Get creative and have fun!
WendyLuvsCatz That took be my surprise! I have no idea how one would dance in full armor... It must be heavy work with lots of clanging!

Why??? What's wrong with it??? looks great to me :) Nice to see something different ;) Well done... love the camera angle!
I admit, I liked his sad eyes. I wasn't expecting a lot of expression out of a hobgoblin.
Haa... true... true... Specially one holding a gun! eep! LOL
A peaceful space alien, some new stuff, some not.
arcturan
fantasy plague doctor suit
lenghtening morphs + other dial spinning
unforgettable expressions
meteor and ship crash site
VDB cloud collection
A woman upset because dog defunctioned.
Mira 9, Gala hair, infantry outfit and textures, fantasy plague doctor belt.
Also a sword, steampunk dog, streets of steampunk, iray puddles, vdb cloud & dirt and blood geoshell manager.
joanna That big furry bear! Love it!
paulawp (marahzen) Definitely nothing wrong with it. You're right, his face is very expressive! I also got him this month.
oddbob Nice atmospheric night-time renders. Oh dear, her dog...
Thanks for sharing!
There was a spooky music challenge this month that gave me a quick project idea. I used Helena for G8F, who I got this month after passing on her a few times during previous DAZ+ for a day sales, because I wasn't sure how I'd use her. Well, she flew straight into this project and looked rather scary once I changed up her textures. I don't usually do spooky/scary stuff, but this somehow happened and I said, why not? I basically turned the idea into a mini-mini Halloween 'movie' and did a campy spooky nursery rhyme and composition for the soundtrack. It's all totally over the top but thankfully short.
This is the first time I'm using nearly everything in these renders, but only Helena is new from the current sale.
If spooky/scary stuff makes you uncomfortable, please skip this!
I saw your warning... after I watched the video. And yes, don't like scary stuff. Last scary movie I went to was 'Play Misty for Me' in the early 1970s. Kept me freaked out for months afterwards.
Now my flatmate, I will save this thread to show him what you have done. He will love it as a collector of all things scary.
Great work, but I still love the fairytale best!
Mary
Wow, SapphireBlue that was great! I love everything about it!
I have an alarming amount of new stuff to be tested. That's all I have to say.
New stuff used:

https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-multi-style-fairy-outfit-for-genesis-9
https://www.daz3d.com/texture-expansion-for-dforce-multi-style-fairy-outfit-for-genesis-9
https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-xyz-nami-hair-for-genesis-9-and-81-female
This is also from a new pose set and I tried out the new Breast Utilities for G9, but neither really is sufficiently visible in this final version to include in the list.
DITTO... is all... I... have to say ;) lol
Hi SapphireBlue , your video is really beautiful!
Picked these up in the last two sales:
https://www.daz3d.com/es3d-thalius-hd-for-genesis-9
https://www.daz3d.com/tma-olivia-for-genesis-9 (I may have applied the natural bends morph)
https://www.daz3d.com/mistress-arachne-outfit-for-genesis-3-female-s
https://www.daz3d.com/elianeck-hdri-lights-for-iray
https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-ravage-outfit-for-genesis-9-and-81-male (with a gold shader borrowed from elsewhere)
https://www.daz3d.com/borgia-s-opulent-hall (made this scene using Borgia's wall, afloor, vases and sash - one of the plants and suspended rusty sword are borrowed from elsewhere)
Really liking the environments from The Management. I can see paulawp has used the Forest River Bridge which also looks great.
Thanks. I wanted to use him with some other texture, but his material zone seam is at the belly which made it tricky, so I settled for the original fluff ;)
Yeah, same here. I haven't even tried out all the things from the previous sale, and the list from the current one is growing!
Clearly, I should spend more time rendering and less time at DAZ forums and store, but... well, my graphics card can only do so much, so I end up browsing both.
Nice! That outfit is on my wishlist, so it's great to see a render with it.

This Is Halloween
Just because it's that season.
New items used Pufflet the Bunny and Morphing Jack-O-Lanterns.
So quiet here... I hope people are still busy rendering!
Another one from me. Reposting from Daz+ forum.
Exploring
New items used: Vo Celina and pieces of KUJ Steampunk Outfit from this sale, and Heavy Mech and Layered Spring Style Hair from the previous sale. Two versions, and the original render is in the gallery.
paulawp (marahzen).
Lovely! There's a strong sense of "this moment" here. I'm a big sucker for warm lights, soft depth of field apertures, and lingering shadows. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers!
memcneil70 Oh no! I'm so sorry!
I was debating how big to put the warning... I myself am not a fan of scary stuff, and don't even watch horror movie trailers usually, so this was a very surprising occurrence... Hope your flatmate enjoys it.
I'm very happy you enjoyed the fairytale! I too prefer it and am working on part 2 this week - it's just light and sweet. I hope that it'll stay fun and enjoyable for you and everyone else. Thanks heaps Mary! Much appreciated!
Aw, thank you very much butterflyfish!
Thanks so much emanuela1! I appreciate it!
paulawp (marahzen) That's a lovely soft 'romantic' render!
I've had that forest river bridge in my wishlist since it came out. Thanks to your render, I may have to get it soon!
I too seem to have an alarming amount of new stuff to put to use... This is a maddening hobby sometimes...
Llola Lane Won't you at least share your faves from the DAZ+ sale contest entries here too? Not everyone gets the chance to see them over there? But even if you don't, it's just a short while till the contest ends, and you better mozy on over here at that point!
sid Lovely and warm render. That's a great idea to reshade the ravage outfit with a metal shader. Very cool!
joanna Love the look, color and texture of 'Exploring'. The softer first image is my fave. And yes, it's a little quiet here. I'm rendering a bit, but the shopping gets in the way of it!
To everyone else, please don't be shy!! Just have fun trying stuff out and let's have a look-see!
I'm really happy how much more inspired I've been thanks to this thread and how much more I've been rendering.
