    Greetings,
    In re: the Stonemason sale, it's worth noting that at a recent point he downgraded the cost of a bunch of his items (Jungle Ruins and JR2, Ruins of War, Skyline Hall, The Fortress, Urban Ruins, Urban Sprawl(!), and Aquatic Containment, if I recall right) to $9.95 base price, and now at 60% off ($3.98) they're an absolute steal. And they may leave the store, eventually, as I think he was looking to reduce stuff that didn't meet his standards anymore.

    There's a thread about it somewhere, which I can dig up if folks want, but I just thought it might add a little emphasis to the flash sale. :)

    I don't know if it makes me more mad that the alert somehow did not work yesterday, or that I'm now receiving an alert because people are grateful for the sale.

    Pro Bundle free coupon with $60 purchase???

    Saw this offer yesterday (It'll still come up in a google search even- http://www.daz3d.com/free-pro-bundle-offer), went on a shopping spree, definitely spent over $60....and no coupon in my inbox or in a site-message pop-down.

    Anyone succeed in earning one of these pro bundle offers? Was there fine print about what items counted...I feel like I read the blurb...I usually check for these things.

    I havent got it either, even i also spend over 60 dollars. :/ I think there was only that new items dont count.

    Picture did not say anything about platinum or anything else. I got club and some old items.

    The best way would be that you add the pro pack to the cart after you are over 60$ and that added pack would have a price of zero. That way there is no doubt you have the pro pack, and no need to wait a day or so to get access via a coupon. DAZ have used this method in the past to give away products after adding the relevant prerequistes to the cart.

    ...I'd just like to see how the discounts are applied. There's voodoo math that goes on here that even challenges someone like me who studied Abstract Algebra and Number Theory.

    The Differential Equations class that convinced me that a minor in Math was more than enough for me (dropped that class and didn't take anymore afterwards = minor instead of triple major) was easier to understand than the math involved in the shopping cart transactions here...

    True, but it can be used on anything, never expires, and doesn't have to be used all at once.

    If the discount doesn't show up in the cart, buy it and submit a ticket to Sales Support for reimbursement :lol:

    Money in a bank pays less than 1% interest.
    Buying a $200 gift card for myself gives me an immediate return of 12%

    edit: Technically a 13.6% return on a $176 investment

    Except for purchasing additional Daz Gift cards.

    If I purchase a $200 gift card with a discount of 12% ( - $24), it'll cost me $176
    Then if I could purchase another $200 gift card with $176 in credit, my credit balance would be $224
    Repeat and if I could purchase another $200 gift card with $176 in credit, my credit balance would increase to $248

    Do that 100 times and my credit balance would be about $2,400 which cost me only $176

    But alas, Daz Gift cards can't be used to purchase additional gift cards . . . . I just tested. :P
