RRRR Not on the screen!
For all who have no clue what the RRRR is, it stands for “Random Runtime Roulette Renders”.

This time we're gonna have a themed contest, and the theme is "Not on the screen". Picture a TV series, a book, a movie, and make the sequel that never will be, or merge two different movies, TV-series and make your own one, or make the Movie from you favorite Video Game, ot the Video Game from your favorite book, TV-series or movie. As you see, there are many options within this theme. Alien vs Predator was made, and the Music to Rocky XIII too.

Who can play?
Anyone can play!

How do you prepare yourself for play?
The rules are very simple, but first you need to have all your items in some kind of order in a text file, dumped from the itemized history into a text file or a spread sheet. Remove things like software, gift certs, and special plugins from the list.
Then you use a randomizer to randomly pick 4 items from your list (your Runtime/My Library). You can use items from any store.

Lucky Bastard Rule! - updated
If you place top in a RRRR contest, you will get a Lucky Bastard point, if you place in both categories, you get two. Those points will add more items to you random draw, one item per Lucky Bastard point. Now, these points won't just go away now, they will slowly melt, one point per contest you participate in. This is to even the odds to the veterans will get a tougher job.

Lucky Bastard standings
Dumor3D; 2 LB (left from the previous contest)
Luci45: 2 LB (gained)
KaribousBoutique: 2 LB (gained)
Totte: 1 LB (1 dropped off in this content, left from the previous contest)
Sasje: 1 LB (gained)
obanion: 1 LB (gained)

Randomizer that works well:random.org
Randomizer where you get all numbers in one draw:All at once

There are some situations where you allowed to redraw, these are:

- You picked something that doesn’t work, broken thing, only works in a version / software not used etc etc.

- You picked a software or add-on to a software or anything you should have filtered out from the list.

- You picked only huge environment props and will not be able to render a scene without crashing.

- You picked an item you already have been using in two RRRR renders in this contest and that was picked randomly. Three is a curse - rule!

Bundles

If you pull a bundle, use two, three complete items from it, or more if you like, but you do not need to use all, but only picking a hairpin from V4 Complete Bundle is “too little”. Clarification: A bundle still counts as only one pulled item.

The rules of madness!

Now you have successfully picked 4 items (plus any Lucky bastard pulls), make a scene, you can add other items as well but the one you picked should be prominent or cleverly used. Render it, post it and make us all laugh! Remember though that the renders must follow the TOS of the forum and the theme of the contest.

The contest categories!

There are two categories, Funniest and Best, you get it. A fun render might maybe not be a super great render but will cause the viewer to fall of the chair laughing.

Contest duration!

It stats now, and will go on untilSunday March 1st at 23:59:59 local DAZ time.

Yes, we have prizes, thanks to our sponsors!
This months sponsors so far:
Dumor3D is sponsoring with an item from his store to each winner, please visit the store.
diomede64 is sponsoring with a $10 DAZ GC.
Totte is sponsoring with an item from his store to each winner.
The Antfarm is sponsoring with an item from his store, please visit the store.
Luci45 is sponsoring with a $40 DAZ GC.
zarcondeegrissom is sponsoring with a $40 DAZ GC.
KaribousBoutique is sponsoring with a $20 DAZ GC.
KenOBanion is sponsoring with a $100 DAZ GC.
azoohouse is sponsoring with a $10 DAZ GC.

I hope we can attract some more sponsors.
Sponsors may of course participate in the contest, their own decision. As Ken O Bannion so elegantly put it, sponsors play for keeps.

If you want to sponsor this RRRR, send me a PM or post in the thread!

More to know?

I might edit this when new info on sponsors arrive.

Maximum number of entries?

Yes, this time we limit the number of entries per person to eight, eight the number should be. You should not make seven entries, unless you plan to continue to eight, and you should never make nine entries. Eight is the number. You can make less than eight, but that's not the way Monty Python put it....

Are you ready to render in 3….2….1…..go!

Entries!
Post your entries here together with your pull and your comments, and feel free to comment on other peoples work as well.
We post images in the Entries only thread with tag and name, as this thread is later used for voting. An update to the entries only post, we can now also post a little story, up to maximum 7 lines, as that would make some renders in the funniest easier to vote at.

OK, one more question: does this mean that we actually have to submit TWO renders? The first for the first film, another for the sequel? Or render the sequel and write a description of the original one?

No, the render should be a sequel to a Movie or a TV-Series, a movie or series that do exist, or a mix/clash of two movies / series or a videogame turned into a movie or a movie turned into a videogame.

There are a lot of movies out there, there must be one for you! You pulled women and women's clothes and hair. You can make anything out of that. I'm sure you'll come up with something great.

I'm going for Citizen Kane, rated as one of the all-time greats, although I've never seen the whole thing. It is legendary, though, so I'm sure I can do a sequel anyway.

I have something in mind, I just have to find the five minutes to see If I can make something (Thing? rift, yea 'thing'), and find an appropriate setting err time. The text overlays imbedded into the render may be some fun as well, I don't do "Post Processing". lol.

Then again, looking at the complexity of that 'Thing' (not just the geometry), I have doubts about 3delight's ability to emulate that many reflections and refractions in depth. 'Good-god' what is the render time going to be on this, lol.

Totte are there render size rules, or is the forum max (2000x2000) the limit for submissions?

thanks Totte. I just ran into an issue I didn't expect to have. Smoothing iterations dose nothing. I've turned nipples off on Kalini, no such option with Maggie. And the ladybug outfit top still has nipple-poke-threw on both of them, ugh, grrrrr.
    :coolhmm:
"O" wait, smoothing iterations of '2', not three or above on Maggie. No clue with Kalini yet.

Not so with Maggie, rather limited options.
    http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/40092/
that's it. One shape slider is used, "Maggie All", lol.

Just figured out with Kalini, that "Generic" works better then "Base shape matching".
I've got more poke-threw in other areas with the view-field, then in the test render, lets hope it stays that way.

I am so sour from shoveling (Stuff No One Wants) all week, it hurts to drink coffee or click the track-ball, lol.
Time to move on to that 'Thing', as I want to see this in 3D.
    (EDIT)
"O", I need a soccer-ball (for a measuring stick of sorts), I thought I had one. All I see, is that Volleyball, and the surface is all wrong for what I need. hmmm. (EDIT2, got that going, and putting jeens into boots fun as well, lol)

Do only sequels count or any film we imagine that's unlikely to be ever aired can be entered?

    Sequels only ;-)

OK, one more question: does this mean that we actually have to submit TWO renders? The first for the first film, another for the sequel? Or render the sequel and write a description of the original one?

No, the render should be a sequel to a Movie or a TV-Series, a movie or series that do exist, or a mix/clash of two movies / series or a videogame turned into a movie or a movie turned into a videogame.

Then, I rendered a sequel (actually, an N-th part of this film made by Wabby's Land).

183 - Darwin the Toon Chimp
    147 - Freemason's Ruin
    151 - G6
    201 - Diana and Jones

Diana Jones: The Point of No Return (see here: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/viewreply/756361/)

In the steaming jungles of Congo, a scientific revolution awaits a brave soul to uncover it. Such time has come as a promising primatologist from a long line of unconventional scientists with flexible ethics, Diana Jones, arrives in the war-torn country. After months of research, she discovers a new species, Pan tooniscus, and begins studying it. But with war raging, her growing relationship with the group's leader, Darwin, and descendants of her greatgrandfather's enemies out for vengeance, in a tear-jerking innuendo, Diana approaches the point of no return...

G6 has Stacia's skin and Jaycee's hair, by the way. Darwin is scaled down. Thanks for jestmart for inspiration.

    ...inventive concept.

Not sure though if I'd care to cross tongues with the likes of Darth Taster or Emperor Papillae,
