Most of today's new releases have them. There were a couple of days when the readmes were completely missing for new products after the store change, but they are mostly back again with only a couple of exceptions.
I would say 1 in 10 readmes are availble, its not the new products but the older ones, pre store change over, very very few of them are availble, its as if they got removed and haven't been replaced.
Yes, the older products mainly. But not old old - like you said, ones released before the store change over. I often check the readme's of a product, particularly when there is an update for them in DIM to see what was updated (unfortunately, only about 0.5 in 10 actually list the update) and I'm finding that product after product after product has no readme. Was particularly annoying as most of the core figures in the genesis 8 line had no readme.
Oh, okay. I was only looking at new products (very new products—such as the daily new releases, max a day older).
If you refresh a read me page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 times (no hyperbole) it often shows up.
Amazing! And also, if you finally get one, you always get it from then on, even if you log out, clear all daz web data and log back in.
I'm guessing they might be generated on the fly, but that the javascript or server code can't or doesn't wait for it to complete, and if it's not complete, it doesn't save it. If it does complete, it saves it permanently.
So, if you don't get one, you can hammer on refresh until it works, but it may take a LOT of hits -- a lot more than 7.
By the way, there does not appear to be any lower bound on the products with missing read mes. I tried skus in various ranges from ~62000 all the way down to 1314, and though some appeared to be there, most were missing. I added back the ones I saw that were missing, but it was not more 7 or so.
Yes, the online Readmes are generated at the time you click on the link; this was mentioned not long after the changeover, I think in the "new store doesn't work" thread. AIUI the problem was that the code snippets making up a complete readme page, and the click links requesting those snippets, weren't using the same address locations. This issue does seem to have been fixed now, but it still IMHO takes way too long to jump through all the hoops from clicking on the "Help" menu to displaying the actual readme page.
ReadMe files aren't fixed for me at all. I have these problems:
1) http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/start does not even have an index for product with SKUs above 70999. The store already has products in the 80000 range.
2) Even some new Daz Original core characters, like Juan Carlos (SKU 74355) have no product ReadMe file.
3) When I click on the link for a ReadMe file for a product that DOES actually have a ReadMe file, it is usually not displayed. Instead I get a bogus message about a placeholder for a product that isn't released. Sometimes refreshing the page over and over and over and over... will eventually display the ReadMe file.
4) When I click on a product in Daz Studio Smart Content and select More Information, I get the same bogus message about a placeholder for an unreleased product. This is incorrect and worthless information.
Also there has been no update for DIM for the install manager default filters for 80000 + so if you search by SKU you won't be able to go higher than 79999, unless for some reason I haven't received the update. Last on I got was November 10 and installed Nov 17. Shaniqua is item # 80002 and she has a readme....
Invisible product names again.
Yep - they need a makeover
Names should be up now.
Readme missing for https://www.daz3d.com/2021-01-hair-for-genesis-8-females
Thanks
File lists seem to be missing from most readmes; the File List link says that the product in question hasn't yet been released. I've been looking up file locations in DIM (Show Installed Files)...
Multiple refreshes can help there, too.

There is no download available in the product library for
https://www.daz3d.com/dire-wolf-animations-for-daz-dog-8-and-genesis-8
Edit/update: currently the item has Connect and Central downloads available. One hopes manual and DIM will also be added?
Medieval Feast and Fury Bundle https://www.daz3d.com/medieval-feast-and-fury-bundle has a few errors in the "What's Included and Features" section:
1. FG Medieval Great Hall is listed but doesn't exist. It should be FG Medieval Dining Hall - https://www.daz3d.com/fg-medieval-dining-hall_Fugazi1968
2. Victoria 8 HD Add-On is listed but ahhh, yeah, probably not part of the bundle :)
3. Dire Wolf Animations for Daz Dog 8 and Genesis 8 isn't listed - https://www.daz3d.com/dire-wolf-animations-for-daz-dog-8-and-genesis-8
Items are showing in the Select Fantasy Items slider on the sale page that do not show up in the linked filtered page. They also do not appear to trigger the advertised sale discounts when in the cart. Items I noticed:
Fantasy Skins
dark Knight Horse Bundle
Wet and Dry Fantasy outfit
Vinnuth Kreiger
I have an orange banner for "Owners of 50973... ". Clicking on it does tell what 50973 is...
Examples of two carts, discounts not applying correctly;
Will report the above 3
Check your messages, there might be another banner hiding under the first one.
The banners are uninformative, but at least the inbox messages tell you what the items are.
So it appears the solution was to remove the items from the slider. Oh well . . .
Still only Connect and Central downloads in the product library for

But I guess I can put the ticket for that in myself
Just to let y'all know how this went regarding the Interactive License post about a week ago.
After 6 days from the ticket which I requested a refund for the overpaid amount, I received a reply from Daz Support saying "They cannot find deals that mentions the 19% discount" and asked if I had screenshots of where I saw the deal.
So I replied adding the screenshots of the banner which I saved that mentioned the 19% discount.
After 2 days of submitting the above reply, which is today, I received an email confirming the overpaid amount has been creditied to my store credit, which I checked and is indeed added. In total, it took 8 days to resolve.
Personal conclusion is, overall, I am satisfied as the problem got resolved, but it did consume a few hours of my time which I could have put somewhere else. So, in the future, unless it's something I absolutely need and not want, as in this case, I won't be bothered to go through the trouble. My suggestion to others is, if you absolutely need something and are positive about the banner and your math, go ahead and purchase first, then submit a ticket, because from my previous experience, if you report or submit a ticket and wait for a fix, the majority of the time the banner would expire and I would lose the opportunity.
