    what is the lowest it can go? I'm not getting the 10% for the holiday off, if that is even a thing on this product ...the workout bundle... but it is $27.53 in my cart.

    Well this "frequent Pro bundle buyer buying with other new items" seems unfair. How can we qualify? I think it has been at least 4 months since we saw an actual Pro bundle release. Or is it any time/Pro Bundle as long as you also purchase something new? Because if it is the second i bought most of my Pro Bundles (used to get the Pro bundle banner) along with a new release.

    It doesn't actually say "frequent Pro Bundle" buyer, just "loyal customer", but doesn't specify what that means, either.

    Anyone else seeing the "Get Select Futuristic Items for just $5 each" isn't working? I add something to the cart, and at checkout it's still at at higher - though reduced - price.

    That only gives me 10% off the gift cards. What is still missing is the 20% off for owning Select Holiday Items.

    Interactive Licenses don't get properly discounted with new items, no matter what. Whatever the new item added to the cart any Interactive License remains at $10 or $15 regardless.

    I would suggest putting in a ticket.

    Would it be possible for you to report the problem that the offer for Interactive License banner is not working on the majority of items, they are not being reduced as advertised?  If you have already then that's great

    If a banner is not working as advertised I report here, as I have with detail and screens.  It's not an isolated one off that needs a ticket as far as I can see. 

    I personally have a number of tickets about interactive licenses now from existing products I own since the store update, all just lying untouched.

    I also got the bundle for approx $24. Did not notice the second message but thankfully liked todays PC+ new releases. So bought it together with the caravan, caravan props and chamber maid textures. Thought about a bug first.

    As Cris said, you may be better off opening a ticket. Though you should note that all Interactive Licesnes have a note below the check box for adding to cart that reads

    *Unless otherwise specified, no discounts or offers will apply to License Add‑Ons.

    Looks like it was a bug, that they fixed just in the moment I want to checkout. The Cart Prices were 10% off, but the Price at checkout says a 10% higher summary. So I clear the cart, logout, login, built the new cart: and the Price in the Cart were 10% higher... But: correct summary at checkout...

    I made the purchase and sent a ticket asking for a refund for the overpaid IL amount which came to $93.58.

    Spending some money seems to get Daz's attention a little quicker.

    What I posted here previously is basically what I reported,

    1. Interactive License banner not working. PA products not giving the promotion offer of $10 but stays at $15, and DO products not giving $5, but stays at $10 (with pre-requisites).

    2. Interactive license not receiving the 19% discount (with the Incredible New Figure promotion), which should bring the $10 to $8.1, and $5 to $4.05.

    3. Some older products giving NEGATIVE discount(?) to make the IL cost more than original. From $10 to $15.

    Hopefully the information sent will be enough for Daz to do something about it for everyone.

    Understood.

    If that is the case, only one discount working out of the two is also a problem.

    All other products (non-IL) in the cart received the 19% discount, but only the IL received just one 10%.

    We'll see how it goes. =/

    On the bright side, that took the $70+ cart that I was going to buy down to just $7.55, as I simply dropped everything that had jumped up in price.  I need to stop spending so much at DAZ anyway.

    I misunderstood, it wasn't the banner as a whole that was left over but the specific discount for buying/owning holiday items. That was removed from the page.

    OK. After wasting 7 hours in the store on a discontinued---but advertised---sales offer, henceforth, my new method will be to wait until 4PM Mountain Time to visit the store and build a cart. The new store software doesn't have usable search or an incompetence filter.

    This is why I don't understand why they don't just change the release time to something like noon, DAZ time.  That way there'd be a bunch of people on hand to fix any mistakes as soon as they happen.
