I've avoided both DIM and the newer DAZ Central. Won't go near them. And I'm perfectly happy with Studio 4.12 staying far away from the new features of 4.14. (Just because they skipped the unlucky number 13 doesn't mean the Universe wasn't keeping count.)
I'm having the same problem. Error in DIM log:

I never got a reply to the ticket but after a little over a day the problem was resolved and I closed the ticket

I just purchased https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-winter-trendy-outfit-add-on and can't download the 1st of the two needed downloads. I'm getting a failed message on both DIM and the manual download.
.I need to ask if the automatic renewal of the PC+ is working properly by its own or if there are some steps to follow like unsubscribe and purchase a new one.
They don't tax the gift certificate because it's actually not spent until it's used as store credit. You or the recipient will get taxed when it's used to buy products via the store credit being applied.
The search engine continues to be a problem.
I was trying to find something by Male-M3dia. You can no longer search for his storefront in this system, however. If you type in "male-m3dia", you get zero (0) results. I tried typing it in as a possibly case-sensitive search, and that didn't work. I finally wound up searching for a product I knew I had, then trying a few others because the autoforward defeats searching for known owned items until I hit on a term that wouldn't autoforward to an utterly incorrect match because I was searching for something I knew I owned, and then finally getting to his page from the name link there.
It doesn't help, of course, that the actual URL for his storefront is "malem3dia" rather than "male-m3dia", but I can understand the database reasons for that. But don't worry! "malem3dia" doesn't get any results from the search engine either!
One suspects that he's not the only person this is happening with. There's no reason for the storefront to pick on him alone, so how many other PAs are suddenly lost in the store because the search engine doesn't acknowledge their existence?
He is easily found in the Vendor list. But, yes, store search is still far from useful.
That still doesn't change that you used to get results for vendors when you searched their name in the store, and now you don't unless they include their name in the product name (I guess people doing that were on to something after all). Not having vendors show up in search is a feature loss, not a gain.
I've resorted to using Google to search this website: ["sought item" daz3d.com]. This results in a search of product page text (like the previous daz search did).
I was looking for microscopes, and the new store gave me a single result (even when Hide Items I own was off) because "Microscopy" was in the product name. But Google gave me 7-8 results for the store.

Same for me, still not fixed. Instead of submitting a ticket to tech support, I will now start to ask for a refund in such cases. I am fed up, really, as this sh** happens each and every single day.
You're getting an Oops because the Monthly memberships have never been sold in the store, unlike Quarterly & Annual. They are only an option if you have an active Quarterly or Annual membership. On the PC+ page in yur account, it will be in the Renewal Dropdown menu.

Actually, I believe they were sold at one time in the store before the the PC Club was converted to PC+. Under that old plan you purchased a monthly membership and initially paid for 3 months, So, it was pretty much the same as now but a different marketing arrangement.

This thread has become so long ... apologies, I simply cannot keep up. So I check the first page, and the last few posts. This may be a "known" issue, or not.


When I use the "artist" filter on my wishlist, and choose "DAZ Originals" ... it shows 9 items. I have at least 55 DAZ O's on my wishlist.
Just letting you all know this is happening, so it can get [back] on the list, in case it "slipped through a crack."

Daz Originals don't show anymore if you choose Daz Originals from the dropdown when looking through Featured Vendors either, unless Daz Originals is the only listed vendor. It wasn't like that with the last store software, and makes Daz Originals harder to track down.
More than 24hrs after release, the product still cannot be downloaded. My request for a refund has also been ignored so far. CS seem to be drowned in tickets. Before the store change, I ususally got an answer within a day.
dForce Femme Fatale Dress Textures is not in DIM, at least it's not coming up in any way for me. Not in the search function, and not from Product Library through the DIM install method.
The store will not allow the purchase of a gift card of $9.95; it carts it as $9.94. $9.96 is OK. But $9.95 is verboten. (I tried this repeatedly). Also, gift cards of identical totals cannot be carted.

I have had two products fail for 'file size not match' per the log.

All the other products I purchased today downloaded without issue. Both of these products have zip files on my product library.
So I tried to download one of the zips and got this message:

I reloaded DIM and that outfit worked fine and downloaded. But the Barmaid textures failed at about 3%. Next try got to 19%. Have to run to the store, it is 7am. Will try when I am back.
Home and a refresh of DIM and one successful download of the Barmaid texture!!!
