    So, the GC Flash Sale doesn't seem to work with today's promo of up to 15% off a GC?

    My store account has gone wonky.  I can't download any additional files.

    - can't download manually, through connect, or through DIM.

    I can access my store account page and see my product library.  I can purchase new items and see them added to the list.  But I cannot download any of them.  Have tried on two different computers (desktop and laptop) so I don't think it is anything specific to the security settings of one computer.

    I have opened help tickets.  I am reporting here in case others experience the same thing, or similar, and if there is a pattern.

    Yesterday Promo still says 10% off Gift Cards, no conditions. If that 10%(not flash sale one) is no longer valid, promo page should be updated.

    hmm .. i got this banner saying i get 30% off the Funk bundle ..."To thank you for being a loyal Genesis 8 Bundle Collector",  BUT , I need to buy a today's new release to get it. That's actually zero incentive. The discount is around $14 and the lowest price new release is more than $13. I added to my cart and saved $0.90 ... 90 whole cents. If it was straight 30% off with no buy-in, that would be a savings and an incentive. 

    The sales are beginning, or have been, less than a savings really, with too many buy-ins to get osmething else. Its like GC purchases when you need to buy something to get 10% off a GC ..I suppose if you're buying a huge one it would count, but less than a $100 GC isn;t worth the buy-in to get it.

    Try an over $200 gift card all by itself. You will get a larger discount (30%) than if you have a Niko new item with it.

    Just wondering, what's going to happen to newly bought items that don't appear at the top of the Products Library page any more? For that matter, what order are they actually in — order of adding to the store, or what? This mess is making it more of a chore to find things I've just bought for manual download; it's probably only a matter of time until I miss something because it's way down the list.

    Smart Content is really a nice concept, but DAZ itself is jeopardizing that concept with crappy metadata. Some I fix myself (Thanks to RiversoftArt for Content Wizard), for some I raise a ticket. Sometimes I do both.

     I have not bought ANY SINGLE new product this month that did not have metadata issues:

    • metadata just not there, and everything ends up in Lost and Found
    • compatibility base incorrectly set, esp for texture sets and figures and wearables
    • thumbnails missing

    just to name a few. The incorrect compatibility base makes it a hide and seek game to identify the correct materials / settings / poses etc when the product is intended for more than one figure generation (e.g. hair).

    So sad, they DID have an execllent idea with SmartContent, and ruining it with a non-existing QA / QC

    Yes, I agree. I have sent many many help requests about metadata errors and they just don't work on those help requests anymore. They actually told me they have too many reports of "products that don't work at all" to work on metadata problems.

    I've been using my orders to see what i have ... when the sales are too good to pass up, I often splurge buy and can't remember a day later what I even bought, let alone find it in a list that isn't ordered correctly.

    No, I am on a budget now and until December, no more gift cards. So when the money runs out, the purchases stop for me in November.

    Featured Artist Stores discount is now working for me with Render Day new releases.  And, I received the Order Confirmation instantly... just like the old store!

    Also, I had both orange banners and after closing them, they are still showing in my Messages, so Daz fixed the disappearing messages... thanks!

    Sorry, I failed DAZ math in high school so these numbers might not be right. But, if I get a $100 GC + the Nico new release and a featured PA item then that should be:

    $100 x .2 x .15 = 30% off GC?

    I'm getting 24% off GC.

    Yeah it's odd that it doesn't work since they knew the main promo had a GC sale and then they threw in the GC Flash Sale. It would have been nice if it worked.
