Same here. First $0 DAZ day for two months....
I am a newbie and PC + member. I am still struggling with DAZ discount. Today's deals said 'Get 50% OFF when you buy any of the 'More Motion' New Releases or 60% OFF if you buy 2+'. How does this deal apply? In this deal, is there no difference between PC+ member and nonmember?
Attached are copies of two screenshot - Before login vs. After login as PC+ member.
As you can see, there are no differences between two carts. Also, I am not sure whether the discounted prices are correct. $6.77 is a 40% of $16.95 (original price). However, when I just added one of them to the cart, the toal was still $11.87 (30% of the original price), not $8.48 (50% of the original price).
Is there any one who can explain?

Neither of those two items are Daz Originals, and the PC+ Sale is over, so membership makes no difference with these items.

So if you buy a More Motion New Release, you'll get discounts on the Featured Artist stores selections. You need to go to the selections for the listed PA store by clicking on the PA's tile on the sale page, or use the "View all" button to see all the selected items involved. If you buy two or more More Motion New Releases, you'll also get $20 worth of "Select Daz Originals". If you have more than $20 worth, it will charge the difference.

I have the same issue. Put 2 More Motion items in cart plus the free under $20 item. The $20 item is listed as free but the 2 More Motion items are not 60% off...
The More Motion releases do not discount (other than the one DO item that gets the PC discount). You get discounts on the Featured PAs with the purchase of a More Motion item. However, I'm seeing a problem with the discounts on the Featured PA items so will report it to Daz.

That is correct - the 60% is for the featured items, not the new releases (it wasn't working correctly yesterday but is now).
Is the Octane Render Kit Free as it shows on the main sale page and promo pages or is it $19.58 at 51% off, as it is showing in my shopping cart?
Just confused, as I was prepared to buy it at the $19.58, but then saw it was 'Free'!

Thanks, I actually had to deleted then closed the window, opened a new one and added it back to my shopping cart for it to show up free.
That makes it easier to take a chance.

"You people" are not - though apparently some people are having issues.
Yes I agree with Richard. I only use manual downloading and I have had no problems at all even on my elderly PC

Looking at my order confirmation I paid $20 for it, is it possible to get that credited back?
I wouldn't expect a credit when things go on a deeper discount later, but it seems like the product was always supposed to be free?
Send in a ticket for a refund.
Actually, if an item goes on a deeper discount within 30 days of purchase (and the sale doesn't specifically exclude prior purchases) you can get a refund for the price difference Simply submit a ticket to customer service requesting the refund and include a screenshot showing the lower price.
Just tried to buy a GC with the latest flash sale, using Paypal. It rerurned to Daz with 'there was an error with your transaction', and email from Paypal saying 'one of your payments is pending' - As part of our security measures, we review certain payments more closely to ensure our platform is being used properly and to minimize the potential risk for us and our customers. One of the payments that you sent is currently being reviewed. We are working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Last time I had an issue with Daz/Paypal, it took Daz a month to resolve, so that probably just put a BIG stop to my spending here again.
I REALLY should have learned my lesson by now with this site.
You should have learned you lesson with Paypal. I've never had an issue with Daz using a CC. They're like using the ayatollah as payment processor.
New releases aren't stacking the discounts for me all day today, aren't they supposed to go over 30% when in the cart together?
I don't see anything on the sale page to indicate that you get any additional discount on today's new releases. While there sometimes is an additional discount for 2 or more it isn't always the case.
I don't see anything in today's sale ad that implies an additional discount on new releases for the purchase of more than one. What sale are you referring to?
