Yeah, that's a fun new thing that started happening last night I think. Happened to me yesterday evening as well, and again just now. I have 31 items in my cart that I've already purchased, have a receipt for, have in my order history, have in my product library, and yet...
That's just a few of them. Clearing the cart will take care of the problem, but why on earth isn't that happening automatically once the purchase is completed???
I purchased a Platinum Membership, I got the order confirmation and DAZ was happy to take my money, but still my account isn't updated nor has anybody from sales support has come back to me, how long will it take, and will there be some compensation for all the nice deals I am missing due to that?
I'm finding the ones that give a "download failed" are items I've purchased since the store change. Products I have purchased before the change and hadn't yet downloaded, are going fine.
What's your ticket number? I'll see what I can do.
ETA, I assume you've filed a ticket?
I have the same problem with 74299 "Oikos Master Room", but otherwise the rest of the missing and now found products from Nov 1 are there and look OK.
OK, checked the library data for "Oikos Master Room", both product_id, entity_id and sku contains product name instead of product_ID
Maybe it's the same problem with the "Halloween Fun Bundle" (don't have it so can't check).
I just checked again and I am still missing DM Druid Valley in my account Product Library and it still isn't marked as Purchased in the store. So you may have to look at the data migrations again. Richard quoted something about logging a ticket so I am off to do that now.
For me it's both old (back to the very beginning of my product history in 2008) as well as new products, purchased a few hours ago.
When can we expect to have ownership of and access to our purchases again?
I received a reply to my ticket yesterday, which said that I should have things showing up in my Product Library again. However, I am still missing 100% of the downloadable products from two orders placed on 10/31 and 11/01, and all of those items are still not re-marked as "purchased" in the store. Given how things have gone thus far, I'm not convinced that I'm absolutely, positively not missing other things from earlier on as well, that I just haven't found yet.
We realize that you're doing what you can, but if there was a fix then it evidently did not take for everyone and at least some of us have now gone eleven days without what we paid for.
This may be a new bug.
I was checking the products I bought this morning in my product library. Normally when you click a product the information appears at the side. BTW has no one thought of implementing an "arrow down/up" approach it would be a lot easier than having to click when you're looking for something. However not all items are bringing up product information. What's happening is that you are selecting multiple items [blue highlighing] with no change in the side information. I've attached a screenshot but I don't think it's very clear.

No from the order it goes nowhere as shown in the image. It used to, then stopped working that way. Presumably something was fixed and broke something else.
Update: well I had specifically tried that the other day and it did not work. However today it did! So at least somehow it's possible. However combing through a kazillion orders to find a product is not a fun hobby ;-)

Same problem for me. I deleted my CC profile and tried to create a new one. I click on "Submit" and i'm back to the Payment Method page, saying No Profiles saved yet.
I am not getting the extra 20% discount on my cart for the Interactive Licenses (PA type) when I add two Debut New Products to my cart.
What does the ad copy actually say?:

Yay...my DIM downloads are still not downloading. FYI - I cannot download them from my product library page either, so I've paid for products that I cannot access. I'm sure this is a known issue as I've seen others with the same problem. Any ETA on fixing?

The whole site's fubar store pages telling me I need to login when I'm already logged in, can't subscribe to new threads, products not being added to my product library, products not displaying in the product library
I've just made a purchase and my shopping cart is still showing all the items I just bought. I've signed out, cleared cookies and cache, and logged back in. Cart still shows previously completed order. This is a new one for me. :)

I am happy it worked for you this time, I discovered it by accident but yes it is ridiculous to have to jump through allt these hoops to get your purchases. Hoping they get this all working properly very soon

Here is some information that might help the programmers find some bugs. If you need exact details (like purchase numbers, more products, etc.) let me know.
Now that DIM is relatively stable for downloads, I have noticed quite a few things that seem missing. I am not reporting things like Bodyscapes which is completely absent, but products that otherwise should be available and seen by DIM. I had made some large purchases just before the store changeover and had downloaded almost all of it ... but the items that did not finish ( such as the emergency responders billboards #'s 2,9, and 10 ) I am left with only a .PART file and DIM does not show it for further download or completion. This same scenarios fits with at least 5 more products I have checked. All have a .PART file, but have never finished downloading.
Please note this is to help out and not a complaint ... I have done some programming ( but thankfully never for a stroefront ) and I understand the issues involved. [ In fact, although time consuming, I think there have been more glitches in my favor than against so I am not even bothering with a CS tickeet for the relatively minor issues I have had ].
I hope you figure it all out quickly.
For about 5 min, the download url for Mara HD for Caryn 8 looked right but it failed to download and now it's back to daz3dim://download.
The items also stay in your wishlist after purchasing if they were in there - they are hidden as 'owned'. That's probably part of the same issue?
I believe this issue has been reported, but I'm going to put it out there again, as it's frustrating as hell. I purchased products yesterday and clicking on the product links in my Product Library to display the download links for the products doesn't do a thing ... no download links, just nothing. I logged a ticket yesterday and have yet to hear anything or see any resolution.
Zip files seem to be back up. I was able to download my last 3 items.
YAY!!! After 11 days of nothing, my DIM is finally fixed! Everything showed up this morining in the Ready to Download tab. Woohoo!
I'm seeing the same. Two files for a product continue to fail and they are 800mb and 1.2g respectively. Can't download them from my product library either and, no, I'm not going to try and use Connect or Central to get them.
