Something nice: my order confirmation mail for todays order took some hours, but it did arrive.
I DID get charged for $4.45 on the SPECIALER-GIFT pro bundle. What should have been less than $1 in tax was more than $5.
It's on the order. It's on the bank statement. Ticket bloody filed.
..the issue I'm having (been going onfor awhile even before the store update) has been downloads failures (now up to 11 products that refuse to download). Posted about that in the DIM sticky.
I've just logged a ticket for this, but SPECIALER-GIFT is not working for a Pro bundle. I've tried several.
SPECIAL-GIFT worked fine for a starter bundle.
You do have two or more debut or still new releases in the cart?

On the off chance this works (as it did for me) I had four refuse to download / failed and I tried them several times, refreshing DIM. (Which luckily has stayed around and not disappeared once I got it back.) And I mean I refreshed five times or more. Then I decided to just checkmark the item (while showing download failed, after it did) and then click the Start Queue at the bottom, and every one of them installed. Have you guys tried that? Trying again from the product that didn't install, instead of refreshing and starting from scratch?

Thank you for the SPECIAL-GIFT, everything went fine in the process, exept no confirmation email (I have never cancelled marketing messages).
When downloading the parts of the bundle, I did realize that there is no download links for the bundle it self... That may be the reason for some of the messages for missing download links, newer users may not understand that the parts of the bundle are listed separately and the links for downloading are on those individual pages not the bundle page - Having the products not following any dates in Product Library, even further confuses the situation, especially when the links on the bundle page open the promotional pages in the store, not the download pages in Product Library.
Edit: the confirmation email arrived after an hour
I haven't managed to get a PC+ coupon to work yet. Simple cart just the CyberMission bundle. Added the PC+ coupon. Didn't get an invalid message but no price change in the cart. Also noted that there is no longer a cancel button in the cart, which is useful to make sure you've removed a coupon if you decide not to go ahead. Can that be added back in? I've always found it to be a useful feature. When you pressed the apply button before, didn't it clear the box? That's not happening so I can't tell if the coupon isn't being accepted when it should or if the apply button isn't working and it's not actually being applied.
BYOB10 still not goes to 2.99 together with 8 items in cart - stays at 1.99 per item
I was able to pay with Paypal today again, thanks for picking this issue up and getting it solved! I did miss out on a few PC+ for a day items because my payment didn't went through. (Protozoon instruments)

Got the free starter bundle and bought 2 new items to get the free pro bundle - all worked without a hitch - thanks Daz!
Only having trouble with one download - Dforce Cb Haze Alpha Clothing Set For Genesis 8 Females - it appears in My Products but selecting it doesn't take me to a download page (if another product is already selected, it stays on that page and both appear to be selected).
Everything else groovy as far as shopping is concerned (at least on my end) - paid with Paypal if that's any useful info.

Bundles show proper interactive license, but all sub-items in the bundle are standard licensed.

As far as I read some items show the same behaviour .... for me it's just the one named above.
UPDATE: Miracles happen... just as the lines above were sended the download now happen. Ok... so be patient seems the way. Hard sometimes!!!

SPECIAL-GIFT and SPECIALER-GIFT received with thanks. Worked flawlessly for me. Only problem is I did not receive order confirmation email.
Will order all the 8-pro-bundles this opportunity when order confirmation email is fixed.
Or is it possible to request support for an order confirmation email?
Congratulations to the web designers. It was a tough week. It seem everything is working for me. Quick question, will the $1.99 items from Sunday/Monday be available again since most of us couldn't purchase them? Thanks.

Friends of the sale discounts not working, everything is at full price.
Well, this is a fun one. This morning - wasn't doing this yesterday - if I open a product's page in a new tab and go to add it to my wishlist, it claims I'm logged out... which I wasn't until I clicked the "add to wishlist" button. If I then refresh the page, it sees me as logged in again and adds to my wishlist just fine. (Possibly a caching issue, reporting just in case...)

I never had that problem, because I always redeemed my Gift card. My reason: Gift cards expire after 5 years, store credit never expires.

But seriously, can you imagine a Daz gift card of any amount lasting 5 years? 5 months? 5 weeks?!
SPECIALER-GIFT not working. I had 2 debut releases but no discount on G7 Pro bundle. Also, 50% discount on G8 Pro bundle also does not work. BYOB 10 also does not work. Exactly 8 items and no discount applied.
Confirmation emails are slower than they used to be. I like to check my orders once they've gone through, and having to wait makes this less convenient.
Bodyscapes product isn't showing in the DIM , it is in the product list, but no link to a product page either...
I've seen that too on random products. It's been reported before, so probably already on the "to fix" list.
Just reporting that this is also my experience as of time stamp of my post.
Please answer my question: does the giftcard code emails come from the same adress and through the same system as the confirmation emails? As I said before: I have made three orders over the last few days, haven't had time to shop today yet, and I didn't get a single email, I haven't unsubsribed to the newsletter, I get all newslettters and subscribtion emails from the forums. Nothing in my spam folder in my mail and in my mail client. So I need desparately to know if the emails for conf emails and giftcard code comes from the same system and from the same adress, if so then I won't get any giftcard code either. I have 17 dollars left in store credit (witch shows the correct balance, but below that it shows the wrong amount balance before and after purachase) so I can make a small order today but after that I need to buy a giftcard! This shouldn't be a difficult question to answer, Please answer me
