I tried it multiple times under account/payment methods. It simply doesn't work for me. *shrugs* It seems like Daz has multiple problems going on that are site related and some that somehow tie into user accounts specifically.

Thanks for the thread, although I don't read it all, the list of known issues at the beginning made me feel we are all sharing the same space and starts to building trust again
Wondering if the refunds are in the check list because today support team told me twice (submitted 02 different tickets for two different products as the deadline is already here and I was unable to even load them to see how they perform
) that they will look after these issues (refunds) as soon as the system migration has been completed... wondering... any idea when is this process expected to be completed?
Would that help the IT team and give them/us hope during these tumultuous time in the Store History?
Is there any extended policy about pc+ coupons and/or pcfad that will come back as we were unable to use/buy due to this necessary transition?
Do I better do some tarot reading to get an accurate response?

Not sure what qualifies as a large account, (I would think 1,000's fit that bill) but both my DIM and DAZ Central do not work still, about 5 days into this. And yes, I have submitted a ticket -- twice...

Same here. I asked for a price difference refund and got a similar reply. I'm really wondering why they couldn't issue refunds and when they will resume doing so.
I received one refund on the 5th so yes, they are working on those tickets too. Priority would of course have to go to keeping the website working lol ...
All readmes are missing from DAZ Documentation center. I checked randomly several and none were available. (an example: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/55811/start)

DIM is broken again - it just crashed when I was working with it, now theres nothing on Downloads tab. Tried on another PC, same problem.
It's working for me right now, chugging along at my max d/l speed...
The Millawa HD addon will not download in DIM OR from the website. I get a "download failed" in DIM and "failed - Network error" on trying to download from the website. I'm not very happy.

Maybe it can still download as long as there are products on the Downloads tab, so if you haven't done a refresh it might work. So you better not try to refresh until you have downloaded what you want.
Well, 23 of 26 made it. MS Edge crashes hard if I try from the Product Library.
That works OK here, however (2+ year old Edge version, strangely enough it works better with some sites than the latest version). Firefox also works here.
Im am being charged $4.45 tax for the "SPECIAL-GIFT" free starter bundle...

So I pushed through the sale to see what would happen and it went through like it was free, no payment selection or anything. The order showed a final price of 4.45 in my account. I checked my cc account details and nothing seemed to be charged.

The sale that's just gone up seems super neat! Eager to get my claws into it. Only issue is the coupon codes come up as 'invalid' despite me doing everything it told me to. This is for the 'buy two or more debut/still new releases, get a select pro bundle free'

Same here. Also, discounting on frineds of the sale STILL does NOT work. same as yesterday, the day before yesterday,....
It's not really a fix, more a bandage. The product I bought the license for shows but not any child items like before.
Example, I have an interactive license for the Victoria 8 pro bundle but not Victoria 8 or any other item in the bundle. Before I could see interactive licence for the main bundle and all child items.
If that's the way you want to go then fair enough but it doesn't seem right to me!!
Apart from dead download links in the product library, as well as the purchase order being all messed up, I can`t access the BYOB 10?
