    I don't think today's banner is a loyalty banner per se. It's more for getting the other bundle yesterday. The two together is 10% off today, but since some people already have it, they won't buy it again, thus the banner for the 10% off. In my opinion.

    My 10% off banner today is for the bundle I purchased yesterday at 20% off. No banner for today’s item or extra discount for owning the Nox Hair.

    Was the 20% off banner for the bundle yesterday only for one day?  My banner is gone and I only have the 10% off banner if I buy both bundles.  For both bundles and nothing else in my cart it over 61.00 ?????   that's ridiculous  ...  I own every pro bundle from every generation except 3 ( G8) but have quit purchasing due to these split up bundles that end up costing twice as much.... and also because nothing this entire sale has worked as it is supposed to ..... when things get back to normal bundles I may reconsider ...we'll see.....

    I thought this was the thread that was monitored by Daz people so they could fix issues, but I've been waiting all night to get the extra 5% off debut items that is promised to PC+ members.

    I like Zhao a lot. I'm thinking to maybe just stick her in the cart and use my monthly PC+, but I'm concerned she'll be another gigabyte download for a bare figure without any really special features. indecision

    That really hurts. I thought this was an additional 10% off, which I just missed and was on the way of asking here, if sending a ticket for a refund makes sense. The bundle was from my perspective already totally overpriced yesterday when I bought it with the 20% off and having another banner for it made so much sense, it never approached me that this is seriously ment to replace the other banner.

    However, having a followup bundle to that today and worse discounts even when buying both seems hard to swallow, also because I think that the second bundly is particularly week und should really have been just part of the first bundle. Not to mention, that I actually own an (rather historic) item from the bundle, that would however be for me one of the most interesting in the whole bundle.

    So in the end that bundle is an easy skip for me, but more important a hint that things go into the wrong direction.

    as a hobbyist, even though I take FULL advantage of really good sales offers, is starting to be too expensive. Its great DAZ Studio is free, but the content is beginning to get out of reach, especially with the way sales are being constructed now. In addition, inexpensive, yes, but legacy stuff is what I had passed on years ago, so it is no incenitve for me.

    So interactive Licenses.... If you buy the product with the license, you get the discount.  If you have previously bought the product and add the license, no discount

    The Ex Machina wings have completely lost any discount, even the standard new-item discount. They periodically (and very randomly) show the 30% discount in the storefront, but have never shown any discount at all in the cart. I have no idea what they're actually supposed to cost.

    @vwrangler, I've had them in my cart for about 30 minutes and they have always had the correct sale price for me. 

    However I do note that mine has a different thumbnail, and uh, almost a different name.... which is odd...

    Another order done and no order confirmation, the third day in a row with orders done everyday and no confirmation email. Does the giftcard code mail come from the same adress? if so then I can't buy one until I get my confirmation emails, if those won't get through there is no reason to think that the giftcard mail will reach me sad. Please answer me how this works, is it from the same adress? from the same system that sends the confirmation emails. I need to know this, I have possibly enough to buy some pc+ for a day stuff tomorrow but that's it, after that I need to buy a giftcard but I need to know the answer to my question first.

    That was an offer for a very limited time and I don't see it anywhere offered for free now.

I raised a ticket earlier this morning to ask to get re-subscribed, but I don't know if they've done anything with it yet. However, I just purchased a couple of PFAD items and got my first confirmation email since the store switchover, and it's from the same emaill address that used to send them. Maybe the fix that DAZ_Rawb reported earlier has kicked in for me now, or maybe they've actioned my ticket. Hope you get yours sorted too.

    Is ANYONE having trouble checking out??

    I keep trying, but after I got to the end, it said there was an error. ( I can't remember the exact wording).

    Anyway, the problem wasn't my card because I checked with the bank & there was plenty of money for my tiny purchase.

    I've got checkout problems too. I was redirected back from Paypal, only to be told on the Daz site that there was an error with my order. I've tried it twice, so now Paypal are pending two transactions (instead of one). *headdesk*

    The exact wording I got was "An error occurred while processing this transaction"

    That's the error that I had. 

    Hopefully Paypal will cancel the transactions... At least, that's what I hope. :/
