RRRR - Refused sports contest with prizes *closed*

Ladies and Gentlemen, come closer, yes closer. I have something important to announce, The RRRR Refused sports render contest. And before someone thinks this is a joke, it isn't. This is the truth, the full one and not even an ounce of crap.

Who can play?

Anyone can play!

How do you prepare yourself for play?

The rules are very simple, but first you need to have all your items in some kind of order in a text file, dumped from the itemized history into a text file or a spread sheet. Remove things like software, gift certs, and special plugins from the list. Then you use a randomizer to randomly pick items from your list (your Runtime/My Library) for your start pull . You can use items from any store.

Randomizers on the web

Randomizer that works well:Random Org
Randomizer where you get all numbers in one draw:random

There are some situations where you allowed to redraw, these are:

- You picked something that do not work, broken thing, only works in a version / software not used etc etc.

- You picked a software or add-on to a software or anything you should have filtered out from the list.

- You picked the same item a third time. Three is a charm, but not today.

Bundles

If you pull a bundle, use two three complete items from it, or more if you like, but you do not need to use all, but only picking a hairpin from V4 Complete Bundle is “too little”.
Clarification: A bundle still counts as only one pulled item.

How this round is played

You use a randomizer to randomly pick 4 items from your library/Runtime. Then, using those items you build a scene by adding more items and make your great piece of art. The theme is refused sports, so use you imagination and invent a sport that would be refused or tweak an existing one.

Inspirational film clips (that inspired me for this contest in the first place), from an old Swedish comedy series).
Car table-tennis
Skeet shooting tennis
Chess boxing
Volley golf - fixed the link
Orientation dart

Contest duration!
It stats now, and will go on until Sunday April 27 at 23:59:59 DAZ time.

Limitations
Yes, there are limits, you can only enter seven times.

All renders must be TOS compliant.

The sponsors for this contest so far are:
ARTCollaboration has donated one of each item (their whole catalogue) to the winner. Give them a hand and buy something to say thank you.
Jaderail is sponsoring with $40 in DAZ GC.
Totte is sponsoring with $10 in DAZ GC plus one item from his store to the second place.
Novica is sponsoring with $15 in DAZ GC.
KenObanion is sponsoring with $50 in DAZ GC.
Luci45 is sponsoring with $30 in DAZ GC.
barbult is sponsoring with $20 in DAZ GC.

sponsors, please let me know if you want to contribute.

Now, start your renders!
Post your entries in the entry thread here: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/39429/

Luci45 and Totte, you've started this out with great renders. This is going to be a hilarious month; I can see it now. I have to get my list updated with all the MM purchases so I can join in.

I buy too much to keep up a list- I use my Product Library. There's 40 items on a page (but you have to be sure and run your mouse over the lines when you are counting down to the right number on the page, as some titles are long and are two lines) You simply:
Do your pulls, lets do mine, number 661.
    1. Divide your number 661 by 40 (per page) and that gives me 16. So page 16 gets me close. But is it a perfect 661?
    2. Multiple that number by 40. So 16 x 40= 640.
You normally will always need more on the next page. (It's 661 and I only have 640) So page 17.
    3. Subtract what you need (661-640) and that's 21 more products needed. So page 17, number 21.
Easy. And you don't have to keep up with a sheet.

So if you don't have time to update your MM, you could easily do this now. :)

Thanks, Totte, barbult and Kyoto Kid. Catching the furniture is tricky because they have to be careful as it's a long fall off the cliff if they run too deep. But the throwers have to throw uphill, which helps a little.

Totte, I love the Hand Grenade Bowling, great game and I love the bowling alley.

    Maybe he blew it up!

    My next pull:
Western Saddle for DAZ Horse 2
    M4 Hooded Cloak
Colors for Crazy Locks Female Hair
    CasualSlick Hair

Almost too easy, no environments. Hehe.

    And they're off again!
@Luci45 - great first entry with the furniture-throwing (Don't forget to add that one to the entries thread by the way)
@Totte - another great idea: neat use of the building.

I'm definitiely going to enter, but need to update my list as MM purchases are numerous and not yet recorded. Maybe tomorrow...

    Pull #1

    658 Moroccan Dreams for V4
    74 Ashley for M5
    514 Kingdom of Marrakesh Seat
    851 Slicer

A little bit of synergy there with the two Moroccan themed sets...we'll see where this leads...

Ummm... DIM go to Installed section do select all then Right click. At Bottom is Export CSV that is a Database file even OpenOffice or LibreOffice can open and use. You can set which fields are loaded. Fast easy, you might need to Edit some things off the list but it is all I use.

EDIT: You will have to Hand add content from other stores. I use a ADD feature from another DB File and have it do Add Random, that will need to be written by you for the DB software you run. Most DB prg's have Help files to show proper way it is done.
