I purchased Deepsea's Eagle and companion products on Dec. 2, 2019. Interesting that it is a new release today.
I think the "new release" is the bundle, not the products as non of them individually show today as new.

Two days is not an awful lot of time, especially since it's only Tuesday now, so one of these days must have been a weekend day.
So what would be considered an average response time?
Response times are dictated by the number of tickets the CS team have to respond to. During March Madness, for example, it could take a week or more. It shouldn't take that long now, but keep in mind, all of the Daz staff are working from home. If CS needs to talk to a higher up on something, it's not as quick and easy as walking down the hall. Customer Service at Daz is still one of the best, so I've no doubt they will make it right, whatever "it" is.
Whoever is interested in grabbing pro bundles cheap: combining alawa with the better-30 coupon (instead of the purple offer one-btw horrible bonus, I was happier if there was none than such an insult) and the 80% on pro bundles offer you get them at 11.90 each.
Getting another pro bundles for the 60$ deal should work perfectly as well for one more bundle (close to free) but somehow it costs 17$ which makes me think it applies the 60$ discount first and afterwards the 30% which is just wrong.
It really wasn't all that long ago that Daz didn't provide extra incentives to buy Pro Bundles for owners of previous bundles. It's a practice that started with G8. So the incentives may not be as big as they used to be, but at least there are additional perks for us "big spenders."
20% is still ok, my problem with it is that is comes in the form of a coupon. Blocking it from being combined with anything at all, like today's 30% discount, or any other offers.
It's a small chance, there won't be a better coupon offer to combine with a pro bundle.
So for me it's more of a I'll reward you for having 40+ pro bundles but not really.

With the 30% discount, one of the bundles should be free, as it comes down to 59$ something. One of those errors noone is doing anything about.
Moreover, with the coupon, if the discount was working properly) you can get 5 pro bundles + alawa pro bundle and her 4 add-ons for 100$. If the 20% for purple banner on alawa was not a coupon, it would be even better.
However, lately I'm not feeling like buying stuff from Daz anymore, even at a great price, so I'll pass on it.
I just thought some other people might be interested: 6 pro bundles + change is a great offer for 100$ (especially since one of them is new).

On the "Great Outdoors" sale, when I hit "Animals and Creatures", the very first item that comes up once I finally get it to display "Newest First" is "Mika 7 for Mika 8". Right below a headline that says "Animals Creatures and Crawlies".
I can sense it from here: Mika is not happy with this. Not happy at all.

You know what isn't in that sale, but should be? The whole chain of items that leads up to the Unicorn accessories in that sale. This is the umteenth sale I've seen where things like "Fairy Tale Bits and Bobs Chapter 2 for the Unicorn Family" are in the sale. Some of sales take them past 80% off. But the family tree for that has no roots.

There's this thing called Gilette Marketing: give away the razor to sell the blades. Sell the printer at cost to sell more ink. Put the base figure on sale with a good accessories sale.
On the 'Victoria for free' Featured Artist Stores, I'm not getting an increase to 55% when I have a new release (simply sitting poses) in my cart.
Are there any restrictions on what you can buy with the new Victoria Base coupon?

I have the "Z Natural Breasts - Shape and Pose Mega Set" & "RY Felina for Victoria 8" in my cart with the four older Victoria bases, but i'm not getting the prices taken off.
Can I not get the rest of the Victoria Bases for free if I had previously purchased one? I can add one new Iten and a base, the moment I add anything else the deal seems to go away. If I add 2 New items and the rest of the Victoria bases I do not own, no deal.
You need two new items to be able to get all of them.
