No, not at all.  Even if it was I probably will not be able to go to the beach.

Um, which beach?   Which Raleigh?  Define "close".frown  But, assuming Raleigh, North Carolina, and taking a 1 second look at a map reveals that "no", you would have to make a long day of it to get to a beach on the Atlantic Ocean if you didn't own an airplane or helicopter.

Wouldn't that work better on the main entrance to Wales? ... I'm thinking one would already have to be in Wales to see signs for Snowdonia campgrounds...?

    It's a trap...

I think shopping on instacart is stressful.  Either because it is my first time or just a bad time in general.

Despite the signs there will always be that guy who will still ring the bell and try and peak in the window to see if anyone is there...

yeah,  but perhaps we may deter some of the hundreds (or maybe even thousands)  who decided to party on welsh mountains, welsh beaches and in welsh parks at the weekend.  Or evemn worse the wretched vandals who thought it might be fun to light a fire

robert moses has signs up saying how many deer were killed last  year by cars.

do they have signs saying how many american tourists were killed by strolling on the wrong side of the road?
    or worse, ferris wheel drownings?

guess ise lucky bridges to long island aren't closed.  dont think i could swim for it.
tho bridges to staten island should prolly be closed. lol  couldnt resist a staten island toxic gag.

You'd have to look for something on the Outer Banks to be that close to a beach ,or check in North Florida there's more beaches there .

Try Indialantic, Florida or Melbourne Beach, Florida  or Wabaso Beach, Florida.  Right on the ocean, great beaches, relatively unpopulated, especially Wabaso Beach.  But you're only about 5 feet above sea level, today.  Next year, who knows?

Those were put up by the deer... nobody gets to hear about all the people eaten by the deer.

Look at those vicious predators... the most deadly creatures to roam the savannas of Jones Beach Island since the Tyrannosaurus Rabbits...

It's Uber for groceries... "independent contractors" delivering your groceries... what could be stressful about that.  They've been involved in a number of pay disputes with their "employees" as have most of the "Its an App" type businesses, who tend to insist they aren't actually the business they seem to be because they use an app to accomplish the task, so therefore the rules of whatever industry don't apply.

But still probably not as stressful as Ambulanz... which is Uber for ambulances... which in case that hasn't cropped up yet in your area, I'm not making up...

Wow... what the hell happened to my last post... that top quote or whatever was something I deleted and was not in the text field when I posted.

I should probably delete that again, but I think it's a good example of the weirdness that occurs.

I think shopping on instacart is stressful.  Either because it is my first time or just a bad time in general.

(Note: This was a post I deleted earlier but somehow ended up getting posted as a quote in a different post which it had nothing to do with... )

I have no idea where that was going because I stopped writing and had to do something and then later deleted that because I didn't finish it... but yeah, Ambulanz is a weird pseudo-ambulance sorta thing that's like gig work for EMTs, with light blue delivery van type vehicles with huge "Ambulanz" logos on the side that make them look more like a package delivery service than medical vehicles... I'm pretty sure they don't even have bases, because they tend to congratulate and hang out in shopping center or mall parking lots wait for calls... I'm not sure why I had to finish that up or explain why I wrote that, but there it is...

what turns a plain old meatloaf into salisbury?

meatloaf frightens me, especially when it comes in a frozen dinner.

rats and pigeons have been disappearing around town.

squirrels are running the meat packing factory

and he'll do anything for love, but he wont do that!

I needed a small heat sink from an old microwave board and somehow I ended up de-soldering the entire board... everything... a trillion resistors, a couple of relays, dozens of jumper wires, a handful of capacitors of all sorts... wires, connectors... I don't know why, but it started with one resistor that looked like it was useful... then another, and another...

Now I have a small container full of electronic bits that I know I'll never use because none of them are the kind I ever use... I don't know if I was bored or if I'm just looking for stuff to do that's not the stuff I probably should be doing...

Well... if you are going stir crazy, de-soldering PCBs is a good waste of time... I think I just wasted an hour and a half on that.

I was getting trippy flashbacks of the 80s... between the smell of the soldering iron and hot phenolic resin it was reminding me of the smell of coin operated video games cabinets radiating their toxic perfume.
