You got the coupon because you have the Victoria base characters. You can choose any other.
But maybe he/she is like me and not seeing them because he/she also already owns all the other characters.
I know. Same here. Still, it doesn't offer the same characters that it says you already own. It offers others, that you might already own, too. :D

If you are on a PC, the easiest way to get old codes is to click on the coupon box on the checkout page, and press the down arrow. The recent entries should all be stored there. Works on Firefox at least.
The Free Base Character coupon does not work on all Bases, but apparently only the selected ones in the link in the banner. It does not work on Landon 8 nor Sydney 8...

The message says "we want to offer you ONE FREE* Select Gensis 2, Genesis 3, or Genesis 8 Base Character", so it's working as intended.
Yes, I already own all of the base figures thus I received the coupon. I thought the wording was funny because if there was a base figure that you didn't already own then you should have not received the coupon in the first place. In other words, they are offering you a free "select" base figure to people who already have purchased ALL base figures.
2 products on the "2,99" list are not 2,99, it's seens they where added to the fast grab changing they prices.

Yea, I was confused by that one too, until I read it correctly.
It's a nice coupon for folks who have empty spots regarding the base characters. If not its just double-bummer.

I think all of those are still "new" and not in the sale yet. My BLACK-FRIDAY-30 code did work earlier today; don't know if it still works, but applying that to the 60% PA sale was pretty awesome and I've stocked up, for sure.
Yeah, but some New Release items are in the 50% off sale, and others aren't. I was just wondering if this was an error...or some other criteria.

@cdpro_2831bbd990, I believe the only new releases that are getting the 50% discount are those featured on the sales page—So just NRs from Black Friday through today. The usual intro discount of 30% applies to all other items released less than 15 days ago. With very few exceptions, new releases do not qualify for any other sales discounts until they are older than 60 days.
I figured as much...just wanted to make sure. Of course, it's really misleading when you post banners that say, "50% off the entire store." Asterisk or not, the ad does make it sound like EVERYTHING. NP though...All these sales do come around. :)
So then if you already picked up a free daz item on Friday's Black Friday sale, you don't get a freebie today? Because it's not working for me. Its misleading because it makes it sound like we should get another freebie for Cypber Monday from the same category of 180 items.

The Cyber Monday sale page does not list any qualifying conditions for getting one of the listed Daz Originals free, but when I put one from that set in the cart, it shows up as 50% off, not free. ??? Item was:

That offer has been up for the past three days, if you've already used it you can't use it again.
Do you have anything else in the cart at the same time, and have you previously used the deal? (The Cyber Monday deal is just an extension of the Black Friday one, you don't get another free item).
If you're not putting it through as a separate cart, try that instead.
That would explain it, but they were not clear in the promo that Cyber Monday was an extension of Black Friday as far as freebies was concerned. I did have an order Saturday, that included one freebie. One problem with the Orders page is that past orders show current prices which do not add up to the total. Multiple items with different discounts are impossible to untangle.

The page was updated to add "dForce Hair" in compatible software, that's probably what caused it.
