It is 70% off, plus PC discount, instead of 50% off with a Daztastic new release in the cart - except it doesn't seem to be working with today's new releases. We have flagged this up, but you could also purchase and put in a support request for a refund on the overcharge (assuming there are no releases from previous days of the Black Friday promo that you fancy)

Sorry. I misspoke (I am not very comfortable in English). I did not want to complain, but just understand how it was possible. Now I think I may have understood. A product that is in the "Fast Grab" category can not benefit from other discounts, does it? That's probably why this product does not display at $ 2.99. It should be removed from the "Fast Grab" list, I think.
I notice the sale page for today has a "get one DO free" section. Will this interfere in the usual way with using the Black Friday coupon?
Just put one single item of your choise in our cart (it will show a free once it is in your cart) and check out. No coupons are needed.

@SiennaBlue, earlier in the thread, Richard told us to submit a ticket to Customer Service (CS). It should be only $2.99, but being a four day weekend in Dazzyland, getting it fixed on the website probably isn't going to happen.
If you can afford to buy it at the higher price, that will be the easiest. Then CS can refund the difference to you. When asking for a refund, be sure and mention if you need the money credited back to the payment source, (such as your credit card.) The default is to give you store credit.
Has anyone mentioned this? One of the banners on the shopping page says the entire store is 50% off when that's not the case....???
The banner links to a page where everything is a least 50% off. Not the whole store it seems but 17036 of 33185 items where the "all products" page says 18608 of 33185 items.
It also says "Excludes New Releases, PC+ Items and Gift Card" which I assume is responsible for the difference.

I'm only finding a small percentage of very old items that are not at 50%.
It seems that I have guessed right. "Ancient Egypt" Bundle was removed from Fast Grab, and now we can get it for 2.99$.

Well as far as DAZ is concerned CyberMonday looks like a really quiet day for me. Pretty much just all the same deals I could have gotten cheaper yesterday when I had the 30% off purple banner offer.
And I really had to laugh at today's Purple banner offer for a free character because I own all the free Victoria characters. If DAZ had checked they would have seen that I already own absolutely all of the other chacters they are offering me. So it is pretty useless to me.
So, is the Robyn 8 offer over already....?

Probably not, since it never was a PC+ For A Day item. And the PA's choose which of their items they will sell in that catagory.
"Daztastic new releases" that count towards the extra discount are only today's new additions. The older releases that are included in the "Daztastic new releases" list do NOT apply the discount. (tried a few of them, with no success)
I've only got about 2/3 of them, so I guess it's time to finally pick up Michael.

CyberMonday-Blues. Get a free Victoria Base-Character. Well, own them all. Ah, there is a banner: Get a free base character. Page shows 0 of 96 characters. Bummer. Well, as the 30% seems to still work I might get some of the 60% discounted stuff from todays PAs. Other then that, no big incentive to shop. Good for my store credit.
I got a chuckle out of the purple banner this morning. It basically said that because I already own all of the Genesis 2,3,8 base characters here's a coupon for one free. Huh? Why would I even need that? Thanks anyway though :)
Also have not 30% off code in inbox. But already used it 3 times, so maybe code is still here only for people which not used it. Could spend today nice amount because bluejaunte discount, so it is maybe good that 30% off code is not here as I am over budget already :)
I think they simply forgot to remove it or repromote it.
