While the site slowness is indeed frustrating, we have to realize that it's Black Friday. A lot of websites are receiving a lot more traffic today than they normally do. Just like huge lines in physical shops, this day is about slowness on the net.
*Sighs and empties out a large part of the cart*
I didn't buy a lot of those things when they were first in Temp PC+ last month at $1.99, let alone $2.99, because even at that price, I knew that the store's occasional 80% or 90% off V4/M4 sales would have been a better price. At $2.99, the discounts on some of the items are worse than if they were just included in the storewide 50% offer and the standard DO member discount.
Hi everyone, I can't use my PC monthly "$6 off Daz Originals." It just say "not valid". And tomorrow is the last day to use it. I don´t know what restrictions there is. Can't it be any discount? But as PC-member most is 30 % off. And no I din't try it on "Platinum Club items, gift cards, FastGrab, and memberships." I used it last month.
Yes I think that is the case, I have noticed on other sites as well.

yes ..and then it basically is buy a GC @ 30% off. Then come back and take advantage of 50% + off ... plus again the 30% coupon off ... if it is a multiple use coupon.

Same for me, I didn't use it again but it registrer as an discount agin.
That is not a DAZ Original, so will not work with the $6 dollar off standard PC+ Coupon. It will work with the PA coupon if your cart is $18 or more
Um, did Daz misplace the PC+ section of the scrolling sales banner? You know that bit that normally hangs out at the far left of the banner... or maybe it got eaten by the new eagle https://www.daz3d.com/deepseas-eagle
The PA catalogs added today with new releases (like Deepsea) should also be discounted 60% but stay at 50% currently.
Try refreshing or other troubleshooting methods as I see 60% on Deepsea.
Except daz have had problems with the site all week, so I don't think it is all down to Black Friday.
Black Friday is no longer just Friday. I've been getting deals for a week so far.
So Daz's site can't handly a lot of traffic is that the problem? Because if thats the case in future I will spare myself the hassel and not even bother to consider shopping here during big sales weeks.
I think the internet got slammed yesterday, a lot harder than anyone was expecting. I posted a screencap from Costco.com in another thread earlier in the day. They were apologizing for the slow response time with the site, and had even held over Thursday's special offers through Friday to try and compensate. I went to several sites yesterday, besides Daz and Costco, and every single one took forever to load a single page. Even search results from Google felt like dial up. I refreshed my Deviant Art page, and a couple minutes later, it finally responded. As far as I could tell, no one was immune Friday.
The Daz website has it's share of problems, but I don't think the strain of Black Friday 2019 on the infrastructure of the entire internet is one of them.
Thank you for the excellent Black Friday sales, DAZ. For someone like me on a budget it has been great to get quality content at very discounted price. You have made my holiday season brighter!
Everywhere got slammed, even the highstreets etc. Traffic was carnage, even in the UK - we appear to have embraced the black friday mentality.
I'm sure Daz will look at what they can do to mitigate those issues.. but yea, it seems everywhere was just insanely busy yesterday.
How do I know what is a DAZ original?
I had no problems anywhere else yesterday.
And I can't make out whether you are blaming Black Friday or not and to to honest other peoples opinions don't really matter to me, its my money and I will spend it where I wish and where i have a pleasant shopping experience - here is becoming no longer that.

As I said I had no problems yesterday elsewhere, and the problems on this site have been increasing all week along with other factors that make shopping here something that I have to think twice about before doing.
Ancient Egypt Bundle is a Fast Grab item but it's still listed as a $2.99 item with $16.49 price
It will also have the Daz logo, as a silhouette, next to the name.
I want just understand why !
We did actually explain earlier that Daz has advised that a ticket be put in on this and any others found in the 2.99 sale that is not showing that in the cart.
I did consider https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-character-uvs-for-genesis-8-female as it lists as 70% off with a 'DAZ-tactic' new release.
But to the best of my abilities I see it as 40% off.
