    We aren't strictly PC members, though I thought at least one person who was posted to say they hadn't received the coupon.

    that PC+ thank you changes my purchasing though, as I was going to use my DAZ PC $6 coupon ... but  I'm not going to buy $60 worth of product to get the same bang as the $6 coupon.

    Not sure where to write this because my pc+ forum thread is gone. I'm a PC+ member (I'm supposed to be), go the black friday coupon but for some reason the webpage thinks that I'm not a pc+ member (neither discounts nor pc+ forums are available but I still have my november 6$ coupon (but the other one - that I already used - is vanished o.O )

    I'd send a help ticket to Daz. Sounds like your membership switched over to an older version of PC+ (which has the single coupon, but doesn't recognize some of the other current perks). It might switch back automatically, but it might be a good idea to get the ticket into the queue in case it doesn't. This happened to me once before.

    I got this button on my pc+ page. This wasn't there before. Should I push it to get reverted back to the current pc+ thing?

Sometimes the discount is off the price shown currently, sometimes it's off the full retail price and the current price has the discount already calculated. It isn't too consistent. I do understand the calculation now for this offer... it's the full price x 32% x 70% for PC+

    Possible issues: 1: if you used the first coupon, the second would not work. None of us (who discussed it here) could get the second one to work if we had used the first. COUPON-CRAZY-3 and MORE-CRAZY-DEALZ were the two involved with the resources category. The issue with the second coupon failing also occurred with the other pair of offers, ????? and CRAZY-DEALLZ
    2: if one of the items was not one of the resources category (e.g. the Horse 2 pro bundle) and you used the MORE-CRAZY-DEALZ coupon there would be no discount. To be honest, I don't know if the horse was among the listed items, but my gut feeling was it was in a different offer category as it isn't a shader.

    When you put two new debut items in your cart plus at least one Daz O from Daz O category on the the Black Ops page, I see the new items go to 44% and the Daz Os go to 68%. This is what I expected.

    I got a purple banner that says it expires Wednesday November 17, 2019, but November 17 is not a Wednesday.

    The button is redundant, it was originally for the transition between PC and PC+ - sadly it won't help this situation, it's one for CS.

    What is really like to know is how DAZ decides who gets coupons & who doesn't. PC+ member & I haven't  received either of the Plat Club banners the past few days.

    This differentiation between customers is really frustrating...it just leaves a bad taste. If you're going to give out coupons for PC+ membership it should be made available to ALL members...not just some.

    Oh well...DAZ & the PAs lose out on lost sales from me.

    Is anybody else getting math errors with the b.y.o sale new releases? They are showing as free on the sale page and "$undefin.ed" on their own pages but correct once in cart.

    As long as the prices show up in the cart and you get a discount with the right number of items, should be good to go. We'll report, but it is the weekend.

    This is normal when prices are changing over, and usually clears up about an hour after the new items appear (but can take over two hours on occasion).

    You can wait for prices to settle, or just put what you are interested in into your cart, where you "should" see the right prices.

    B.Y.O. Sale doesn't work with the 40% off Zeddicuss products when no new release item is in the cart.

    For example :

    • Z Summer Time Bundle
    • Z Photo Studio Bundle

    Now I understand how it work. Today BYO is

    • 3 Featured items (no discount) become 60% off
    • --- OR ---
    • 1 New release and Featured items (40% off or no discount) become 60% off

    I think you need 3-6 items from the new and/or the featured artists for it to work.

    Build Your Own Sale doesn't work for me. I put 3 Featured Artist Items items in the basket and they only show 50% off (which they would have by themselves anyway).

    I'm also wondering, if BYO would work, would the 60% replace the 50%, or would I be getting 60% on top of the 50%?

    I don't think it is working I've got 6 items in my cart 2 new releases and they are not getting 60% off just 44%

    With 3 DOs and 1 non-DO, it's working fine here.

    Hylas, it's working for me. I tried three new and then tried three featured artists and both sets worked. Can you try the regular troubleshooting stuff? Relog, hard refresh, different browser or device?
