PC item triggers the extra discount for me.
not for me... tried different PC items
I've tried non-PC+ items which are still flagged as new but they didn't work either. Only those in the Debut (and possibly Still New) seem to work for me.
Doesn't work for me, either... how long does the flash sale last? (No, I know there's no answer to that). Shoot, I have a cart full of Pestryakov. If we have to pick from the Debut New... that isn't much selection today. :-(

NOPE ! The sale advertises that "any new release" will trigger the 70% discount but only Debut and Still New releases will trigger the 70% discount. Even new releases that are not PC+ and not debut or still new are not triggering the discount. I hope they fix this to work as advertised
It's not working for me either. The banner does say "any new release," so it should work whether the new release is on the event sales page or not. But the only new releases to trigger the increase were listed as either Debut or Still New…
1 Flash item get me 55% (50% plus today's extra 10% for PC+)
2 Flash items get me 62.5% (50% plus the 10%, plus another 16.6%, the extra for 2 or more, even though they aren't at 40%)
Adding a Debut New nets 73% off (70% + the extra 10%) whether I have 1 or more featured items, so no extra 16.6% for 2 or more.
Adding a new PC+ gets 73% with ONLY 1 Flash item in the cart.
Isn't that a DO that you get an extra 30% discount on?

I meant for the Flash item. The PC+ item gets an extra 10%.
I know. In my screenshot, "Collective3d Kitchen Counter Stuff" gets 74% off, but only because it's a DO item from the flash sale. The rest only get 62%. The 74% off is this 62% + the 30% DO discount.

Just to clarify the PC+ Member sales:: If you're a PC+ member, then everything is automatically discounted 10%, right? And then all PC+ items are an additional 40% off with the "PC-SALE" coupon? And all of that is on top of the regular PC+ item discounts?
Almost.
The PC-SALE coupon excludes new releases.
But the 40% is deducted from the PC+ price for members on not-new PC+ items.

Both PC items you listed are new.
I'm seeing the 10% apply. Just to make sure, the 40% should only apply to the Spirit of Punktrain (non-new PC+). Sending an inquiry on this. Please report if anyone else can confirm (show cart pls).
Edit: actually, no, the train is new. So nothing qualifies for the 40%. You have two new PC and one DO.
The Iray version of the train is new too.

Xellosz, I have contacted DAZ. I see it's working as last night, non-new PC+. Looks like the disclaimer didn't make it on. I understand your frustration.
Yes, I edited my response when I noticed that.
The thing with yesterday's flash sale is that I won't be looking at anything until afternoon anymore, in anticipation of another flash sale, and you know, hoping that all the daily bugs have been ironed out.
I'm just pointing out the bug, the sale wording should change or the coding to the banner. - But doing it like this is vendor errors.
I don't really care about (PA) sale anymore to much frustration. (Code what the banner says and don't try to explain it that's not how it should work.)
IMAO:
This mentality is annoying, that's what causing frustration, that's why I don't care about the sales anymore. I check it in the morning might be a good sale, wait a bit, wait a bit and instead of correcting the coding we got an explanation. I wasted my time on nothing while I was checking the site.
If the banner says something the sale should work that way. The coding should change to the banner not the other way around.
