Love that a G8 base figure is currently in fast grab. Not one I'm interested in, but there's a few that I wouldn't mind...
Well, not every sale is for everyone.
As it was, various emergencies meant I didn't really have time to clear up PC+ items the day before, so the fact it ran an extra day was fairly welcome, and the main things I render are... well, broadly sci-fi themed. Either my own alternative reality (while primarily set in 2018, one of the two main themes is AI having been invented decades early), or characters from the Warhammer 40,000 roleplay game I'm involved in, so the right kinds of sci-fi stuff is pretty useful to me.
Same here. Even though I use mostly G2 & G3, there's a couple G8 I do want to try, like Landon. Although I wonder why there haven't been more Fast Grabs or other deep discounts on base G3 figures. (Maybe during the Anniversary sale.)
Also, for people who like starter/pro bundles, the Karyssa 8 starter bundle is also in Fast Grab, along with Edie 8.
People are different... for me, getting Edie - and with her the Edie HD pack, too - at a bargain price is utterly great, even though I don't use G8F much yet... Edie is the female Ollie, making every other figure a bit more realistic. Adding a bit of weirdness to the unreal glamour model masses we get all the time.
I've little interest in the G8 base or even the G8 starter bundle currently in Fastgrab. However, I'm thrilled that Galenite for M4H4 is finally gone! Huzzah!
Don't feel bad, I didn't get one, either. And I have been buying a lot of stuff since I joined at the end of April.
I get those every so often, and usually when I get an out of the blue coupon like that, it'll be because I haven't bought anything in a week or two... usually when I've been away on long business trips or when Renderosity is runing massive sales and I haven't been coming to the DAZ store as often as the DAZ analytic machine thinks I should. Yes, Vicki is Big Brother...

Appears that I can't see the direct 60% off items for the current flash sale unless I put them in the cart (and then they show).

And now the banner ad for it is gone. It looks like it was one of those short duration flash sales rather than all day.
Instead of telling "x hours" they replaced it by "Limited time only".
Don't wait too long because the offer will expire.
On the bright side, it does imply that there may be a few more flash sales through the day, as that's the usual DAZ modus operandi. I just hope we see some on artists other than the usual group of suspects.
What am I missing? It says Extra 45% Off Legacy Items. I don't see where that is on the sale page, and I do not see a link once you click this box.

That's the default 40% off, plus the additional 45% off.

I don't see discounted prices in the category but they appear when I put one item in the cart.
The price updates at checkout. Yeah, it's weird.
Are they showing as regular price once in your cart?
For some reason the updated price isn't showing until then.

I have to assume it's a mistake of some kind, not having the prices showing with the discount. Marketing needs sales stickers, so people feel good about saving :-) I admit, seeing the full prices there discouraged me - I didn't bother to see if they worked in the cart.
Probably they are trying something new at DAZ to limit the sale errors.
I'm thinking they would lose sales, because a lot of people aren't going to guess the checkout thing and just not bother clicking on something that's still showing full price and is probably therefore bugged.
I was also like "hey, the prices are not discounted yet, I'll check back later."
