    SmallFry,

I'll give you my two cents. Most of my superhero figures are made with M4/V4. There are a few recent ones that I've made with Genesis and Genesis2 because I used content that was only available for them. In general, I have more issues with Genesis and Genesis2 figures. Clothes that don't fit or conform, poses that are distorted, poke through, to name a few. (I'm using Carrara and not DS or Poser. Maybe Daz will work those issues out soon.) Also, can apply M4/V4 poses to Genesis and Genesis2, but not the other way around. Granted I have to fix them afterwards. So, I guess I'd vote for M4/V4 poses.

Your Krang looks good. I had to admit I was thrown off by the bot above. I haven't watched TMNT since the 80s version when he only had 1 'a' and drove around in this and this.

I'm thinking of doing the fleshy robot body as a genesis morph and outfit.

The cyborg body I'm working on predates the Krang character of the old cartoon. In the original comics, Krangs closest analogue was a species of alien called the Utrom. The Utrom were also used in the 2003 TV series. The modern Kraang species use some similar visual cues in their bodies.

Hey, I have a quick general question:
When purchasing products around a superhero theme, do you prefer products made for Genesis or for M4/V4?

I have a few ideas for possible projects but I'd like to gear them towards the figure set that most people would use. Right now, I'm considering a large set of poses. Would poses be preferable for Genesis or for M4/V4?

Just looking for some thoughts and feedback...

    Thanks.

I for one use only Genesis. I've dumped M4/V4 a long time ago.

Got it. Thanks for clearing that up. I was only 4 when the first comic was published in '84, and never did get into the newer cartoons. As a kid though I watched the original cartoon whenever I could, played the Nintendo game, and flung plastic pizzas out of a rolling pizza flinger like nobody's business. :P

Are you kidding? All my Supermen (and Superboys) will use parts of your super-hero set. Your belt, trunks and boots are just perfect!
    And thanks!

Give the cape a try to but just parent it and it will cooperate allot more. I have ALLOT of movement morphs for it and it IS rigged so the main "Cape" bone had my custom weight mapping so it moves around very nicely. Give it a try and see what you think. I know where it connects up front is a bit fiddly but I created allot of helper morphs to adjust it.

I'm glad you like the set Kev! Makes me smile!

@ joequick Coolness, like Vaskania the stubby armed fleshy robot is what I remember :-P Great work as always, Joe :)

@ kev1967 Awesome render of Big Blue :cheese:

@ spiderpity Whoa :bug: Those marvel render totally rule! :-) I particularly like the Cloak and Dagger ;-)

Finally finished a storyboard for a corporate video I was hired to direct and my mother-in-law's 8-hour bypass went well and she's regained consciousness so I was able to finish this:

    Gen13: Class Picture.

Huge props to RoguePilot for the costume textures and to technonaut for the tip on how he did his Roxy shape; I wasn't happy with my earlier versions. Gen13 faces by me %-P

    Hi all,

I currently have several superheroine items that I had made for me that I hae thought about sharing and I wanted to guage the reception they would get by asking all of you first. I have a set of armor for the old Malibu Comic Mantra which has her armor and a face mask you would have to add a cape opera gloves and boots, The second item I have is a set of Bubblegum crisis armor (not sure if you would consider it a super heroine or not but never hurts to ask) I can't post any iamges since I am at work right now but you can check out my DA page I go by shadowhawkone there as well. I have thought about selling the armor but I would rather share these than charge for them. They are both for V4 and will work in Genesis. The bubblegum armor has both Poser and DS mats done by Fisty. Feel free to drop me a PM here or Note at DA if you would like a copy and I will get you a link. If there is a decent response I would consider posting them at DA and hosting the freebie links here to share.

    Roy
