    The 10% extra discount (for owning M4 & V4) on Debut items is still up but it is not applying. All I'm getting is the 30% introductory discount and my 30% Loyalty discount. Some eaxamples:

    Liberty Hair is $18.95 x 0.7 x 0.7 = $9.29 but should be:$18.95 x 0.7 x 0.7 x 0.9 = $8.36

    Muelsfell Brutal Dungeon Modular Set is $24.95 x 0.7 x 0.7 = $12.23 but should be $24.95 x 0.7 x 0.7 x 0.9 = $ 11.00

    Yes, sorry - it was a site glitch, it was set to expire yesterday so it really was just Saturday's releases on Saturday.

    Not sure what you mean. The PC+ category is 60% off PC price + loyalty discount. Could you explain?

    Sure, there are a few PC+ items in the "Historical Top Sellers" category and these are PC+ price - loyalty discount in my cart (as a member)....

    When this first happened, I filed a sales ticket, last Wednesday. I never heard a word. What gives, because I’m getting seriously angry.

    I think we get the Loyalty Discount and another 20% with a new item in cart (which would take 50% to 60% total) - PC prices are already better than 50% off the base price. However, we will ask if it is functioning as intended.

    Is anyone else having issues with the Platinum Club? I just autopaid on Dec 5 or so, and my account says I’m a member until Dec. 2019, but none of the discounts are showing up, and I’m not getting the discount on items in my cart. is the site glitching, or does Daz hate me?

    You are not showing as a PC+ member when I click on your avatar. So, DAZ is not recognizing that you are a member and  you will need to contact customer sevice to resolve the issue.

    I did file a ticket. And my account shows me as a member. What’s more, I know I was showing as a member yesterday, when I checked PC items. Sigh.

    You show as Member, but not as Member, Platinum Club

    I think that Member is being part of Daz, while to show as being part of pc club, it need to say Platinum Club. If you click on Charlies avatar, or mine, you will see how it should look with the pc club membership.

    I have one debut item in my cart (Rural Chateau), but I don't see any Loyalty Discount, and the RuntimeDNA discount is only 50%. Is that correct?

    I guess this isn't technically a holiday sale thing, but it would seem that the rather odd list of the "Required Products" on the new "Camile for Genesis 8"...

    No, I believe it's a straight 75% off with a new release, regardless of loyalty discount.
