    You could buy it again and ask for a refund for the full priced purchase. At least that's how it has been handled in the past, I haven't bought anything from here lately.

    That's is/was the practice for items in Fastgrab.
    For the rest [so far] just putting in a request for a 'store credit for the price difference' and providing all the order and present price details has worked fine for me. [screengrab doesn't hurt either ... screengrab gets the date and time stamp on your computer]

    That dryad drunk should definitely come in handy for some interesting renders. First time I've seen something like that short of tweaking an actual tree prop.
